“It was refreshing to find this location open for once during business hours and to find someone knowledgeable and friendly named Lindsey working the front desk to help me. The last time I was here, Malachi couldn’t even send me an email to set up my online portal for payments and just said I should get an email once a storage unit was transferred to my name. I never received the email nor did I receive a phone call back when I alerted this location I had not received it. Lindsey handled these issues in a quick 15 minute visit. Very pleased”

“Son moved from Chicago to Cincinnati. I rented a 10ft truck and an auto transport. I added a storage, 1st month free. Storage at this location was clean and had indoor parking for loading/unloading. My sons apartment was ready within a the week. So the 1st month free was handy. Storage Manager and personnel was extremely helpful throughout the process.”

“I'm not going to lie at first I was super sketchy because I know that this used to be a little dangerous neighborhood. When I got there I was pleasantly surprised as the neighborhood store had been redone and the people that work there were polite. The U-Haul equipment was clean and they were efficient overall it was a great experience. I paid $110 and was refunded $38.”

“This store is really nice. When I came to pack up, they told me I had to wait since the person hadn't arrived yet. When the person arrived, they asked me to bring the pick-up slip myself, and then they received a phone call saying they didn't need it anymore and could print it out. It only takes two hours to install the U-box, which is really fast.”
