Absolutely the most amazing banking experience!! I can’t praise the staff at this bank enough, they are professional, knowledgeable and above that caring!! My husband and I have an account with them and recently my aunt who is a senior moved into the area and opened an account with them as well. My aunt still likes to be independent which is not always easy for her and the team at this bank has gone above and beyond to help her maintain her independence in banking with them. I’m truly grateful that they take the time to make you feel like a person and not just a customer especially with my aunt!! She was friendly with everyone she spoke to, she answered all of our questions & concerns. She even gave us information about other things which was helpful to know about. “Been banking with them for years. They gave me an account when no one else would and for that they will always have my loyalty. I do wish they would install an ATM that will take deposits. They did at one time and now they don’t. Cannot make a deposit unless the bank is open and that can be inconvenient.”
“I've been a member for decades - when they were just the Christ Hospital Credit Union. I have been in the office when they were slammed with lunch rush or early morning during shift change. They may look anxious and worn at those times, but they are quite professional in their dealing with us. I don't know where the bad reviewer was when they had such poor customer service! THEY probably got off on the wrong side of the bed that morning! Everyone has been very nice to me, if they can't answer a question, they refer me to someone who will know my answers or work through the issue with me later.”

“Have been a member since 1986 at CACU long before they united as TruPartners and mainly did my transactions near downtown, but with the new branch office on the westside and since my retirement, it is more convenient than ever. Must note I never use the drive-thru, always go inside to see "my peeps" as they always have a friendly smile and greet me with respect and dignity, plus they treat my transactions and any problems with care and accuracy. Not really interested in the minor percentages when I know they are a trusted commodity that you can not buy nor overvalue. It is truly appreciated.”
“I have always had positive interactions with this bank. Everyone that I have dealt with is always friendly and helpful. I am no longer an employee of CCHMC but anytime I call them to request money from my account they will get a check out to me very quicky. I always receive it within a day or two.”
“Rates are good, not great. People are great. Love the 4% checking. Hate the Platinum VISA - generous credit line, low APR, way too aggressive with fraud protection. Card is shut down frequently when using it for online purchases.”
“Love that they know and care about their members. Try to work with and provide useful information for those with not so great credit. Had my auto loan with TPCU which at the time, the rate was amazing! Though rates have gone up everywhere, they still seem to be fairly low compared to most places. Online banking has improved with their new system. Some new faces but the service is still great!”
“This place doesn't look like much from the outside. In fact, it doesn't even look like it's open for business. But go inside and you'll find helpful, friendly people with lending products/services that a lot of other banks won't bother to have. This is a banking alternative to people who are tired of the corporate machine.”

“I had gotten into the habit of going to another more conveniently located credit union to make deposits until the covid-19 pandemic came along. I have long been a member of the Kemba Credit Union. This branch is located not to far from where I work on the west side of town. I've done 2 recent viists here. The first time I used the drive thru service thinking that the lobby was closed except for people with appointments. When I got to the window I was told that the lobby was in fact open. That day I made a deposit of cash & a check. It was quick and everything went smoothly. They asked for my id as usual. The associate was friendly and very helpful. The second time I went into the lobby. A man greeted me by opening the door. The place was empty of customers except for me. Again the teller was friendly and efficient. I was able to walk out after about 2 minutes having made a cash only deposit. Having now completed my errand I headed to work. This branch is spacious and attractive.
