Absolutely the most amazing banking experience!! I can’t praise the staff at this bank enough, they are professional, knowledgeable and above that caring!! My husband and I have an account with them and recently my aunt who is a senior moved into the area and opened an account with them as well. “I got my mortgage for an investment property through them and not only did they give me BY FAR the best rate (I compared 10+ lenders), my contact person (Sandra Doerger) has also been one of the nicest, most dedicated people I've come across. She was super transparent with me and made sure we were able to meet the closing date even after we had some delays during the inspection period. Plus, they keep the mortgage in house and don't sell it. I'm so happy I got them as a lender!”

“Big shout out to Mr David at race street location I stopped in here one time on a Saturday due to the main office closed where I normally go and he took care of me . He was very friend knew his job. I told him I have people sometimes make deposits for me and the situations I was having with other tellers giving my balance out he assured me I would never have that situation again. So I have built a good repor with him with the last 2 months. It's such a pleasure when your teller knows your name. He reminds me so much of ms Becky before she retired. “I've been a member for decades - when they were just the Christ Hospital Credit Union. I have been in the office when they were slammed with lunch rush or early morning during shift change. They may look anxious and worn at those times, but they are quite professional in their dealing with us. I don't know where the bad reviewer was when they had such poor customer service! THEY probably got off on the wrong side of the bed that morning! Everyone has been very nice to me, if they can't answer a question, they refer me to someone who will know my answers or work through the issue with me later.”

My son and now my grandchild have accounts based on my recommendations. I worked for two major banks in the city but my personal account has been with Cinfed.”
“I had gotten into the habit of going to another more conveniently located credit union to make deposits until the covid-19 pandemic came along. I have long been a member of the Kemba Credit Union. This branch is located not to far from where I work on the west side of town. I've done 2 recent viists here. The first time I used the drive thru service thinking that the lobby was closed except for people with appointments. When I got to the window I was told that the lobby was in fact open. That day I made a deposit of cash & a check. It was quick and everything went smoothly. They asked for my id as usual. The associate was friendly and very helpful. The second time I went into the lobby. A man greeted me by opening the door. The place was empty of customers except for me. Again the teller was friendly and efficient. I was able to walk out after about 2 minutes having made a cash only deposit. Having now completed my errand I headed to work. This branch is spacious and attractive.
