“My interaction with Superior Credit Union - University was outstanding. I actually stopped to make a quick withdrawal and ended up staying there over an hour updating my accounts. It all started because of the unsolicited but gladly received education on account options from the teller, a very pleasant and zealous young lady, assisting me. My education started with her at drive through teller (I never got her name but my transaction receipt says this 0481 at 1:55pm). First she took care of my pressing business. She was spot on! My education continued after my transaction was ended with Mr. Lee Pennekamp and Mr. Samuel Young. They finished my education and got me through the account upgrades. The education was so good that I spent more time talking with Mr. Pennekamp and Mr. Young. Upon arrival home I explained it to my lovely wife what I had done and she was glad to hear how Superior was looking out for us versus the treatment we’ve gotten from Banks. Thank you.”

“My family has used this bank for a very long time. Personally, I have never used a loan but I have heard great things about loans from this bank. My only issue is the mobile app is always under maintenance, and when I need to access my money, I can't. It's especially difficult being stationed overseas. My cards decline when the app is undergoing maintenance. Please fix!!!”

“Have been a member since 1986 at CACU long before they united as TruPartners and mainly did my transactions near downtown, but with the new branch office on the westside and since my retirement, it is more convenient than ever. Must note I never use the drive-thru, always go inside to see "my peeps" as they always have a friendly smile and greet me with respect and dignity, plus they treat my transactions and any problems with care and accuracy. Not really interested in the minor percentages when I know they are a trusted commodity that you can not buy nor overvalue. It is truly appreciated.”
“I've been a member for decades - when they were just the Christ Hospital Credit Union. I have been in the office when they were slammed with lunch rush or early morning during shift change. They may look anxious and worn at those times, but they are quite professional in their dealing with us. I don't know where the bad reviewer was when they had such poor customer service! THEY probably got off on the wrong side of the bed that morning! Everyone has been very nice to me, if they can't answer a question, they refer me to someone who will know my answers or work through the issue with me later.”

I’m there several days through out the week for business and they are always so courteous when I come in. They always ask about my day, my weekend etc. Always very professional. They recently trained Judy and she had done a great job as well. I’ve had this account since I was 14 years old and I’ll be 44 this year. I can’t imagine having to bank anywhere else at this point! Had my auto loan with TPCU which at the time, the rate was amazing! Though rates have gone up everywhere, they still seem to be fairly low compared to most places. “I received 2 checks in the mail the day before the grand opening of the #ontherhinekroger. Needing to deposit them gave me excuse to go to the Kemba on Central Parkway and be there for the Kroger store's grand opening. The street entrance for this branch of Kemba in the Kroger building is near the corner on Central Parkway. I found the outside door requires a little extra effort to pull open. This leads you into a short hallway and a second door that takes you to the lobby of Kemba. I saw 2 tellers on duty and one employee in an office. The branch was not busy this morning. After a friendly greeting I was able to walk right up to the counter. Upon signing the checks the money was put into my account in about a minute and I was walking out with my receipt. The lobby here is neat and organized with the teller counter in front of you, the offices in the rear and the information desk on your left. “I had gotten into the habit of going to another more conveniently located credit union to make deposits until the covid-19 pandemic came along. I have long been a member of the Kemba Credit Union. This branch is located not to far from where I work on the west side of town. I've done 2 recent viists here. The first time I used the drive thru service thinking that the lobby was closed except for people with appointments. When I got to the window I was told that the lobby was in fact open. That day I made a deposit of cash & a check. It was quick and everything went smoothly. They asked for my id as usual. The associate was friendly and very helpful. The second time I went into the lobby. A man greeted me by opening the door. The place was empty of customers except for me. Again the teller was friendly and efficient. I was able to walk out after about 2 minutes having made a cash only deposit. Having now completed my errand I headed to work. This branch is spacious and attractive. “Really fair & extremely helpful associates, at Cinfed. Once you establish a repor with them. It's as if you have always been a part of the credit union. Friendly & very knowledgable with ways to help you get straightened out, after a long ordeal of me screwing my accounts & credit up. They Set down & talked with me on what I needed to do to get it all fixed. Even explained they would help me get my credit re-established and issue me a credit card. All I needed to do was follow their instructions, or suggestions. Have not found any other financial institution willing to take that time one on one & council me on how to fix my problems.”

“My wife and I changed from pnc bank to cinfed credit union and it’s one of the best decisions we ever made. I look forward to going to cinfed hell half the time I can get what I need from the atm but the ladies/tellers that work behind the counter are nothing short of amazing they are very personable which in my book goes a very long way I think a great relationship with who you bank with is very important. In all honesty I think this is the first time I’ve done banking where I’m involved and I enjoy it most of the time my wife took care of everything but I since started helping her with it and the ladies at cinfed make it very easy and pleasurable to pay my bills lol. I mean nobody likes shelling out a bunch of money but these ladies make it a lot more enjoyable they always have a smile on their face and always speak ask how I’m doing how my family is doing and they make small talk as well make you feel like they want you there and now days that’s hard to come by there’s not anything that I can say bad about cinfed or any of the ladies that work there they all are outstanding amazing ladies and I am very happy that we made the change to cinfed because again my banking experience is a lot more enjoyable now because of all the staff/ladies that work at this cinfed again they are nothing short of amazing to me my family and everyone else that I see in there keep up the excellent work ladies because of them I will be a lifetime cinfed account holder.”
