“I found this Frankfort location fuel center by Kroger to be in line with my expectations. My only negative conclusion is it's hard to find from the main road. Is not easily visible from the main road. But otherwise everything else is exactly as I would expect from a Kroger fuel center.”

“Very nice clean store. Stocked neatly, has a clearance isle & has anything you need, lots of bargains & friendly cashier's. It's right by New Harvest Assembly of God Church, very handy to get supplies for children's church. I have been there twice. Keep up the good work had a pleasant shopping experience.Teresa D ?”

“A couple of things... I dislike the layout of this grocery store, however they have excellent customer service at the deli counter and plenty of cashiers and self check out lanes available. This review will be specific to their fresh made sushi. I'm picky, so very surprising I have a good review about grocery store sushi. This is a quick and easy pick up for lunch when I need to get back to the office. Had the Crunchy California and Rainbow Roll combo which had salmon and tuna. The best part - no cream cheese. I like cream cheese but feel like many restaurants use this as filler and it takes away from the sushi experience and taste. Soy sauce was not overly salty.”
“Clean restrooms, nice staff, and no cameras out front :) oh and that guy complaining about Pepsi nitro is so salty. I’m a former worker there and he’s just wrong. It was for a specific customer however the people at the store were ringing it up wrong. They were ringing it up as a regular 12 pack but their ment to be sold in individuals so a 12 pack of Pepsi nitro is around 30 dollars cost to the store. Saying the workers are selling the Pepsi online is giving them way too much credit. ?”

He was incredibly friendly, personable, and genuinely went out of his way to help me. You can tell he truly cares about both his customers and his team.
It’s becoming increasingly rare to meet employees who are this engaged, kind, and willing to go the extra mile. Alex made what could have been an ordinary grocery trip into a genuinely positive experience.

“I have only been going to this store April. I must have been spoiled from the Hamburg store in Lexington. Don't get me wrong the store in Frankfort is a great store, but they must have issues with the garden department. From April till now, they let almost everything dry up and die. The employees that we meet are very nice and helpful.”

“Did anyone else know that Kroger did fried chicken?? They have always had the best produce in town, but I didn't know they did fried chicken. We were having a celebration of life for my father and my sister told me to order fried chicken from there. Made the order 2 days in advance and told them I would pick it up at 3. It was hot when I arrived and that has to be the best fried chicken I have ever purchased( even from restaurants). 48 mixed pieces and was around 60 bucks. Great price and great flavor and it was a big hit with all the family!! Oh, the potato salad was good too but the fried chicken stole the show.”
