“My husband was traveling from work, Manchester TN to NE Ohio, when his front brakes locked up. The team at Hoffman's went above and beyond to take care of his difficult situation. They communicated with our family's garage back home, got him back on the road within hours and stayed late to get it done. We cannot properly express our gratitude. We will wear our Hoffman's t-shirts with a sense of deep admiration! Thank you!”

“My review is 100% based on the amazing people I encountered there this morning. My tahoe on the way home threw a check coolant temp light and my temp was near the red in my SUV. I freaked and pulled into Napa and they were AMAZING. They looked at the car and let me stay there till my Dad could come get me. They held onto my keys so I didn't have to wait for the tow truck and are handling that for me. In this world we live in now it is so far and few that all those I encounter in one store are some of the kindest people I have met! They also have the best 4 legged coworker named Hank! I instantly saw that little cutie and had to know these are good people and they were! To whoever owns that Napa you should be incredibly proud of those behind the counter representing you! They were amazing! Truly one of the best experiences I have had with anyone in a long time. PS Hank deserves a raise!”

“I'm a little upset with the website because it was giving me the wrong replacement headlights but Shelley was amazing at handling the situation and did everything possible to make me a happy customer. It's people like Shelley that make repeat customers. Thank you Shelley!”

“Everyone is super kind and friendly, educated and takes the time to talk to you and explain different metals, how to break them down for higher payout. It’s clean and organized. I will recommend this scrap yard over any other scrapping place in middle TN. And they have the best prices.”

“Usually pretty good place and helpful. Usually my 1st stop/choice when needing something. Last visit I needed Fork Oil for my Suzuki. Not only did they not carry it, but no one does. I would have to drive 25 miles to the closest place that carries it. So O'Reilly as my hometown parts store. I'm not the only biker in town. Some simple motorcycle maintenance stuff would be nice. Maybe a few accessories. I'll upgrade you guys to a 5 star”
