“My iPhone bit the dust. I was really dreading having to go get a new phone, remember my passwords, and deal with setting it all back up. I went to the local T-Mobile office here in Franklin, Kentucky, where I bought my original iPhone. In all honesty, I went in, expecting the worst. Nikki waited on me. I cannot say enough positive things about her. She went above and beyond to help restore all my old information on my new iPhone. What started as a dreaded event ended up turning out pretty awesome. She did such an amazing job with me, my daughter ended up coming in and upgrading as well! Tomorrow I’m bringing my mom in to buy an iPhone from Nikki! She is definitely a valued asset to T-Mobile! “Mitch is THE MAN! The wife and I combined plans and I was setup with the latest deals. Latest Samsung phone, tablet, and a few accessories. Now, where Mitch came into play was dealing with other service provider (let's call them T maybe) and he saw exactly what I was dealing with and even he couldn't believe it. It was all the security and red tape, not just with their terms, but the amount of idiots who didn't know how to do their jobs! Mitch was guiding them on what THEY needed to do on their own end to finish the setup.
Needless to say, he saved me a lot of headaches, very professional, set me up with additional tools for my company, and it was a pleasure leaving T maybe after 15 years of service....gone wrong.”
