“The customer service at Sheldon's is excellent. The only reason I am no longer able to use Sheldon's Pharmacy is their hours of operations. All locations are closed on the weekends. The problem is I prefer to keep all scripts with same pharmacy. I cannot do this, because if i have an emergency on the weekend there is no way to get the script I need. It is not a good pharmacy if you have emergencies or sudden life changes that require a weekend pickup. I really prefer to keep my business local and avoid using large chains, but the hours of operation is a major factor in my decision on pharmacies.”

“All the people here are sweet, knowledgeable, and helpful. I've been using this pharmacy for over 10 years now. There's only one minor issue I've ever had in all this time: they needed to fax a doctor to ask for a refill order on a prescription, and the fax fell through the cracks. This is something that can happen at any pharmacy, and is completely understandable. I personally recommend calling your doctor's office directly to request a refill order on a prescription, as it's easier for everyone. Aside from that one time, they've always come through for me.”
