“I was so happy to find an open Piggly Wiggly store! Every other Piggly Wiggly I've passed was abandoned so I thought it was a nice experience to go into o one.
The store was nice and simple, having some essentials for the small town of Franklin. They have a nice variety... packaged food, paper products, produce... even a bucket of pinto beans.
The staff was very nice and we had a nice conversation with them. All we bought was a package of Fiji water, but it was still a cool place and shouldn't be overlooked.”
“Mr Carmine deserves a RAISE for painstaking effort to accompdate me w/curbside returns. Computer wouldn't process 1 of the items. I am disabled couldn't go inside.
Very courteous & professional young gentleman. Went to serv desk to assure return was processed. Impressive mgt expertise & SUPERB customer satisfaction! Deserves promotion if he is not a mgr.

Yes people talk bad about this store cause the way it was ran now the management team and all the D G employees care more then people know you should be glad there is people out there willing to work long hours so you have a clean, stocked and wonderful employees there instead of saying rude stuff on the surveys. Everyone has a bad day once in awhile just give a smile and let that employee know they are doing a awesome job all the dark clouds will pass and give them a SMILE ?… A kind word and smile never hurt anyone it always makes the world a better place makes the HEART SMILE!”
