“I went to the ATM in the drive thru to deposit some cash. Unfortunately the ATM ate my money and didn’t credit me. So I had to go in the branch to resolve the issue. Lucia helped me with a dispute to work on getting me credit. I didn’t see a credit in my account so I called and reached a lovely lady named Amanda who went above and beyond to get me answers. I can’t thank them enough for the level of service. I will recommend commonwealth to everyone I know!”

“I came in last week to fill out some updated paperwork and worked with Andrew Rhodus to get it taken care of. He was very patient as I had to gather the correct things and he even received some pretty unwarranted rude phone calls and comments from other patrons while I was there. Props to him for keeping it collected and still providing good service!”
“There was a huge issue I had in regards to refinancing a vehicle from 5/3 Bank to Huntington Bank months ago. Huntington had sent the check to 5/3 but didn’t put my full name or loan number on it so the money had been sitting in limbo and I was paying on two loans. (I didn’t know this at the time, just that the money was missing)
The branch manager at the Huntington I had been working with in Independence KY told me that he didn’t know where the money had gone but was busy and this wasn’t his problem to deal with.
However, Bradley Robertson with this 5/3 found out where the money went and how to fix it in about 30 minutes. Thank you for your kindness and your help! 10/10 would work with this branch again.”

I've learned to use certain ATMs around Georgetown that do not charge a fee.I have my Drivers liscens handy when making a transaction at the branch office and never had a problem.Ive had a couple of loans with them and thinking about a new car so will probably use them again.Any small problem is easily fixed rather quickly,I'm very pleased with Unify Credit Union”
