“Unbelievable customer service! Mark willingly boxed two frames (that I did not purchase there-mind you) that I needed to ship for Christmas. Not only did he do this-but attempted to deliver them down the street once completed to where he thought I worked. (I had actually purchased them from Miss Behavin-and they connected me with Hockensmith’s-thus the confusion.) Once I returned that afternoon, he carried them across the street to my car. Mark went above and beyond and generously served a “non-customer” also in turn serving a local peer’s business. Love the small town feel of this transaction and the simple goodness of people. I may not have used Hockensmith’s services today-but I can assure you that I will in the future. (And Miss Behavin too for their help in connecting me to Mark and great customer service!)”
