“BEST experience with print marketing. My team called with a somewhat complicated order. Turns out the order needed to be re-printed as to not cut off the edges. My order was slightly delayed because of the re-print, but we then received free delivery. The delivery man arrived with everything covered in plastic to protect my order from the rain. “Today I had a really great experience. With all the craziness of the quarantining and what's going on right now I really needed to get something printed while still trying to keep distance and be safe for my self unborn child and 2 smaller kids. So one of the staples worker named John saw that I had two children in the car that I was hesitant to bring down, in fear that they would get sick. And offered multiple ways I could stay in the car and still get the print out sent to the store and then he brought it out to my car so that I wouldn't have to bring my kids inside the store. He was proof that humanity and compassion still exist. I will definitely be back.”

“I cannot say enough good things about this location! I have used them for years and will continue to use ONLY this location! This morning I had a passport question and the guy told me they were talking about rolling out a program where they do the full application it he wasn’t sure if they had rolled it out yet but said it would be at the Hamburg location. He gave me their number and said to ask them about a TSA pre screen thing they do as well!So I called that location and wow how rude! They lady that answered was incredibly rude said they only do the pictures and I said fine the guy told me to ask about a TSA pre screening she said oh yeah we can do that, I asked what is was and she rudely said it was just what it sounds like! So at this point I decided to end the call, I mean I get it she was busy but damn! You guys should send some employees over there to help them! They need it!!!Oh well, great job at this location guys you guys rock!!!!”
“One of the few office supply places left in Lex. Pluses: Had the item I needed, though I had to ask for it explicitly so that an employee could get it from the back. Minuses: I asked for a paper and email copy when I paid. However, I only got a paper copy. Certainly the cashier could have fixed this, even if it meant returning the items I just purchased and then rescanning and sending me an email??”
“I recently flipped my riding lawnmower and landed on my spine, but needed to get a package shipped. I called and Isaac answered the phone and when I asked if anybody could please come out and help me with the package, he did not give me grief or make me feel bad for needing help. He said he would be right out and he came out and got the package for me. Very, very nice young man and very appreciated!”
