“Got a U-Haul rental from here. Did an app reservation for 8 am. Get to the location and no way to get van!!!!! Called u haul and they were no help. After sending me all around town I ended up back here at 9:30 and I was fuming mad. Wasted almost 2 hours and one the phone with U-Haul which was no help. I believe the lady at American Storages name was Marcia but I'm not 100% sure. Explained to her what was happening, this lady had a calming effect and made a nightmare into a pleasant experience. Maybe the customer service people at U-Haul could learn from her. Such a sweet lady, thank you so much for your help and calm attitude!!!”
