“One of the best storage units I've rented in a long time. I work on the road so storage is always needed. No hassle, quick in and out renting. Secure and accessible 24hrs a day”
“I rented a climate controlled unit for about a year and they were so nice! My unit was the perfect size, the place was very clean, team is very responsive, and they helped me out when I had to change cards to charge without any issues! I would definitely recommend this company, and specifically the location on Paris Pike in Georgetown! Thank you all!”
“Michelle is so nice, very helpful, always smiling and happy when I go in. The units are nice and well maintained. Would highly recommend! It makes a big difference when you have someone who actually enjoys their job and working with the public, Michelle makes you feel important and that is awesome customer service!”

“My husband and I needed to a storage unit last minute on a Saturday and Stephanie was amazing! The move has been extremely stressful and she provided amazing customer service, showed empathy, and went above and beyond to make the rental process as easy as possible. “Rachel provided me with the best service today! I came in a hot mess and felt instant weight off my shoulders as soon as I sat down. She gave me the best options for units/insurance and gave me total knowledge of my lease. Super satisfied, will definitely recommend Storage Rentals of America to anyone!”
“We had a great experience utilizing this storage facility for 2 months during our move. The manager, Barry, was very helpful and we appreciate his efforts to accommodate our needs throughout the process. The units were clean, well lit, and we felt security was very adequate. Bluegrass RV was the most reliable part of our move and alleviated a lot of the stress of moving. We highly recommend them!”
“This is my go-to storage rental place in Georgetown! I have used them for over 10 years and the service is always excellent and the units are always clean! Not to mention they are located right next to the Kroger Shopping Center which makes it easy to combine several stops into one visit while picking up or dropping off items at my unit. A+++++++”
“This place was clean and maintained properly with security on site. The price for rental was reasonable . Missy is an absolutely amazing person , it is a pleasure to know her.”

“Smooth, no hassel and immediately available
Update: Just emptied the unit I rented for my daughter while she was home for the summer from college. This whole process has been extremely easy. The two ladies in the office are absolute sweethearts especially since I walked in right in the middle of their lunch. Will use them again when needed.”
