I have had a few different issues between my two vehicles and they have provided the best service of anyone around here including Don Franklin's service center. Highly recommend them, as long as they stay open they have my and my families business going forward.

My daughter was driving home from Nashville to Cincinnati when her Toyota had a problem with her oil leaking out. Eric came and towed her to several places and ended up fixing the problem himself. He went over and above his duties. I am thankful for all he did to get her back on the road safely.
