“This review is in response to Trucker_Ced who left a bad 1 star review and did so while lying about what really happened. The service writer repeatedly told the customer that she couldn't give him a quote for the headlight assembly he was requesting because they don't carry that assembly and the dealerships were all closed so she couldn't call to get a price either. She stated that she could quote him the labor cost but not the parts several times. At this point Ced stormed off stating that he was going to get her fired. I commend the service writer for keeping a calm head and doing what she could to assist the customer even though he was the one being difficult. Good job Stevie.”

“Finally an Iron Skillet that knows how to serve correct portion sizes for the cost of the meal. Only one issue with our meals was the hot food could have been hotter as it was only warm when it was served. No resolution was offered since we did not send the food back and only mentioned it at our departure.Showers - while a bit outdated the shower was still functional with wonderful hot water and good pressure. Shower room could have been cleaned better though.Customer service - This was not at all lacking. An employee cleaning the entryway was a gentleman and held the door open for us, everyone was polite. The same employee also offered a bigger shower room to us as he stated it was their policy to offer the bigger shower room to couples.Will definitely be back, thank you for showing that some truck stops have the courtesy to respect truck drivers and understand that our visit to your establishment is our chance to relax and unwind after a long day on the road.”

“Convienient stop when traveling through the area. The fuel pumps are busy/crazy. The store has a nice selection of snacks, drinks, and more. The attached McDonald's is nice if you want more than a snack or drink. The men's restroom is usually clean.”
