“Very clean and orderly. And the help is wonderful. All but one man that works there and I never ever say anything about anyone. If this where my place of business I would hate to but this gentleman would be looking for another job. He is so rude and hateful to customers epically if you go in 30 min before closing. I am putting this out there because I have heard several people that where regulars say because of his rudeness and hateful self they would be going to the Family Dollar from now on if he was working. SO not only myself but others say he is running their evening business off. I hate to talk this of anyone but just being honest for several of us. Other than that we love our Dollar Store .”

“We were in town for Thanksgiving and stopped by Thanksgiving morning in hopes we might be able to pick up a few last minute items. They were closed that day but one of the employees (managers? owners?) happened to be there doing some paperwork. He saw us and so very kindly opened the door and let us in to get our items. Highly recommend this store!”

“Market of all home town markets all in one kinda place where if you don't need but a few things or don't want to make the run all the way into town. Cedar Hill has you covered with onvenience then you remind they'd try to keep their shelves stock with all the lightest goods in commodities foods and drinks. Oh an to add to that the employment team will ask around in store to the Customers if there's any item that they would like to see on the shelves. Food made fresh on the deil side and bakery. Great place wonderful environment.”

“The usual snacks and drinks but the selection of 450 beers in the back is crazy! Call ahead and have them order something for you when you're doing a Smokey and The Bandit run bringing back booze not found in Illinois, Iowa, Missouri, and Kansas”

“UPDATE::Thank you and big shout out to the pharmacist Stephanie for contacting me today! I highly appreciate her letting me know this matter has been resolved and am able to pick up my daughters inhalers today! Thank you!Initial Review:The pharmacy tech I spoke with today was wonderful; however, I was informed by a different pharmacy tech yesterday that my daughters medication could be filled today. Then today I was told her medication actually can’t be filled until the 31st (NOT todays techs fault and she was highly apologetic)..Then found out the attachment for her inhalers was the wrong size and was told by the pharmacist they “they can order a bigger size if I wanted.” OBVIOUSLY I DO.As a parent who recently watched their six year old be in respiratory failure and received a diagnoses of asthma with countless doctor appts coming up to be sure that is the official dx and hopefully the only one this is ridiculous.Not to mention that yesterday while having a meeting with the school nurse about her being taken from a local ER to Vanderbilt I had to call the pharmacy to find out if her new inhaler is the same as her old one until the new was filled. They go on to tell me it is hard to tell without looking at it and I asked multiple times for them to look at her info and let me know it is highly important. I gave them her information more than once and the name and amount of each prescription more than once. After 15 minutes still no straight forward answer and asking MULTIPLE times to please let me talk to a pharmacist or someone who could give better insight I finally hung up.This is a pathetic. Not all there are bad some are wonderful but I would gladly fire the idiot with shortish/blondish hair and glasses I spoke with yesterday if I were their employer.”

“Our DG & our DG employees are doing a great job! The only issue was with other customers NOT WEARING MASKS. Not only will masks help to stop the spread of Covid-19, most of y'all are ugly as hell! You could at least cover up half that fugliness! ? Cheers!”

“Great friendly staff and fair prices. The deli is always good but their Pulled Pork and large Chicken Pot pie's are so good they are addictive. Always a great way to keep the family fed.”

“I'm about 4 hours from home working. Being out of town already is frustrating before adding in the expense of survival. This Dollar General is about as good as any one anywhere could be. They carry a wide variety of microwavable meals and sandwiches that are an extreme money saving tool for me. Not to mention great service and employee attitudes. Thanks for your great job helping me survive away from home.”

“I love being able to run in an out without the searching hassles oh and they have this $1 isle now which has even name brand items which are perfect for small packs of Huggies wipes for staying in the car for face and hand cleaning, Dawn dishliquiud, small trash bags for the smaller trash cans like kids rooms etc especially good for doorms, $1 take an toss coffee cups and even kid cups for getting large waters or Gateraids for them to all split in the cups in the super hot days and so much more. Just if you're not in such a rush since you've stopped there which are usually as I mentioned in an out run in's you'll see the awesome stuff they have to offer. Oh and not one but 3 packs of hand sanitizer. We place one in our tackle box for fishing, car, and my bag. Never can hurt to have plenty of those. If you like nice scented ones they have $1 ones with essential oils you can purchase.”
