“After a stressful month of car troubles, I drove to Clarksville from Nashville expecting to just do a test-drive. Starting my experience with Jason, the Sales Manager, he put me at ease by sharing that by trading my current vehicle, I could save more than by selling to another company. When I arrived, the vehicle I had chose was waiting front and center, and name was written (correctly) on the tag. I had the pleasure of working with Tisha. She patiently guided me through the buying process. She answered each of my questions, taking the time to assist previous customers as they called or stopped by her office during my visit. Each step of the way, I felt cared for and never rushed. Lastly, Misty assisted me with completing my paperwork. She was knowledgeable, precise and very thorough. These employees went above and beyond to put me at ease and help me complete what has been a stressful process. I am so grateful I made the trip, and love my new vehicle! I would call Tisha before going to any other dealership!”

I hired 2 different mobile mechanics to come out and neither one found the problem..So I had my truck towed to A&G Diesel and they diagnosed the problem within 30 minutes and immediately ordered the parts. “First of all, I wanto to thank C&S Auto for being one of the extremely few, if not the only one, auto shops that work on foreign and luxury vehicles. Y'all being located in Clarksville has saved me several times from driving all the way to Nashville for a repair trip. Secondly, I want to thank them for not taking advantage of this fact and charging outrageous prices or taking advantage of people's ignorance of vehicles and using scare tactics to make them purchase more or faking problems to create unnecessary work and charging them. Earl and his team of highly skilled and trained mechanics do exactly what they're paid to do-fix car issues and be honest with their advice to their customers. They will be very transparent with their advice while still leaving the decision to you to make the repair or not. I could not speak more highly of this company and its' employees there. I think most people on here who talk bad about this shop have no business owning a high cost vehicle and then get mad at the shop when they can't afford the maintenance because they have zero money management skills. This is completely unfair. If you want a convenient location and a very knowledgeable and courteous, but fair, customer service, this is the shop for you.”
“Super nice people. I called several shops if they can order and fix excel sterling spring but they said it will take them 2 -3 days to get truck in and order parts. So i found this shop and called them to see if they can order parts and how long it will take. They told me parts can get here next day and we can work on a truck soon as parts will arrive. Parts arrived earlier then expected and they fixed it with no problem . Happy we chose this shop.”
“Clean facility (brand new), easy to get in and out of the parking lot and back on to the main road way (controlled by a traffic light), staff super friendly even under pressure, quoted work was the actual price without high pressure to do additional work. Lobby is close to restaurants and coffee if waiting on work to be done. All in all a great experience.”
“Was told to expect a 3+ hour wait for 1 tire. When I came in the lady at the desk asked to see the tire in question. Suggested they do a plug instead of trying to upsale a whole tire (plus fees.) When it came my turn for repair, I was called to ask if I had roadside hazard warranty. I didn’t, but the whole experience was great. 3+ turned into me only waiting about 1 1/2. Amazing front desk folks and the techs in the back making this seamless.Service: Tires”

“The wait was bad but the employees were so excellent In their attitude and professionalism that it was easy to let that slide. I saw they were working extremely hard with the limited staff they had. They were extremely personable and informative. The company really needs to hire more staff. I would hate working in those conditions. You might eventually lose some really good employees.”
“We were driving home from Nashville with our 2 year old at 5 am on a Sunday after my grandfather's funeral. We ran over a screw causing us to get a flat tire. We showed up to the Clarksville Walmart with our tire at 7 am and they got us right in. We appreciated that they realized the urgency, as we had an 11 hour drive home. They had us out in 20 minutes.”
