“Friday morning I was taking my daughter to work and that flapping sound you dread to hear hit. My tire was completely flat. I pulled over into Autozones parking lot to attempt to change my tire….when 2 gentlemen pulled up and asked if I needed help. They proceeded to change my tire and get us back on our way. “I don’t usually leave reviews but I’m so so grateful for the guys at this O’Reilly. I was stranded because my battery went bad, they borrowed me the jump box with no problem and they proceeded to test my battery. They also charged it up and communicated well that it was bad so I could purchase a new one. Installed and discarded the old one with no issues. Thank you guys I will never forget how you helped me in my darkest hour! Give them both a bonus (especially the store manager guy) it’s so well deserved !!!!!”

“I see now why these people are called the temu car mechanics. These people mess up on just basic maintenance. The other day I go in for an oil change and tire rotation. Sounds normal, right?
Well come to find out the new oil filter they installed was not properly and entirely sealed. So I get in my car to leave my parents house and, I shit you not, as I backup I see this giant puddle of oil sitting in their driveway.
Luckily my dad carries spare oil since he does it himself and was able to help me, love ya pops.
Anyway these people damn near cost me my engine with their fumble. I'm gonna start doing it my damn self at this point or go to ACTUAL mechanics
Update: I took it in and they gave me a free oil change to fix the problem of my oil indicator so I'm glad they are at least courteous”
