“I don’t usually leave reviews but I’m so so grateful for the guys at this O’Reilly. I was stranded because my battery went bad, they borrowed me the jump box with no problem and they proceeded to test my battery. They also charged it up and communicated well that it was bad so I could purchase a new one. Installed and discarded the old one with no issues. Thank you guys I will never forget how you helped me in my darkest hour! Give them both a bonus (especially the store manager guy) it’s so well deserved !!!!!”

There was a new guy at the register when i went back in the other he was younger and i was a little doubtful but man i was impressed. He did well!! Got home amd everything was exactly what it was supposed to be, and, i have had less successful trips there and back. I wish i would have gotten his name i would highly recommend having him check things out for you.. He may not have the age experience that others have. But my hat's off to him for being thorough. “Was told to expect a 3+ hour wait for 1 tire. When I came in the lady at the desk asked to see the tire in question. Suggested they do a plug instead of trying to upsale a whole tire (plus fees.) When it came my turn for repair, I was called to ask if I had roadside hazard warranty. I didn’t, but the whole experience was great. 3+ turned into me only waiting about 1 1/2. Amazing front desk folks and the techs in the back making this seamless.Service: Tires”

“I would if gave it a 5 star but my wife and I had go pull are own part ( which wasn't bad ,but the Rigamarow we had to go through to get itBy the way tail light, the guy who was at the desk was really Cool (ok nice ) he Said he usally pulling parts but he had to fill in for the one runs the front desk and the other guy was running the front loader so yeah.
