“There have been times when I've gone into a hardware store for something in particular, and when I asked for assistance, the person working there would be condescending and patronizing. Well that did *not* happen here. When I asked for help I was immediately taken to the aisle and given info on what I was looking for. The sales associate didn't hover but was nearby to answer questions. I also walked around the store to price other things for my upcoming projects and the prices are very reasonable. I'll definitely go back when I start (and finally finish) other projects.”

“Was so glad that I drove from Lexington, KY to Florence to work with Jennifer Griggs!! Excellent service, she made time to work with me even though I didn't have an appointment. We remodeled 3 Full Bathrooms and she was wonderful every step of the way! Even had to return a soaker tub I wasn't happy with the size. She quickly helped me find a replacement - Ended up with the Naomi by Barclay! It is FABULOUS!!! Holds heat for over 30 minutes and is wonderful!!!! If you are looking for a soaker tub I would consider looking at this one!! I am very picky about my soaker tub!!!! Will work with Jennifer again on our next project.”

“My husband and my brother in law went to buy a piece of glass to fix my sisters window. We are amateurs and measured the window wrong lol. They had to go back three times before we finally got it right haha but the lady who helped was soooo nice and understanding!!! My husband explained to her that the glass was to fix and a window and he has never done it before, and she told him how to do it!! She made sure he got everything he needed, and he fixed it perfect!!! I just want to say thank you Meyer hardware!! And thank you soooo much nice lady!! Please give her a bonus or something because she is amazing and will keep customers coming back ❤You definitely have a new customer for life!!”

“Only been to the Florence location a handful of times. Sometimes (most) you don’t get acknowledged or asked if you need help. Which is Usually fine. But the last two time I was there I was help by Jack. ( that was the name on his apron). I needed a specific bolt and he researched online to see if the kit I was looking at had that bolt in it. And when it didn’t he made sure I had the right one. Next time multiple people saw me trying to get help with getting keys and kept walking by. Finally the last person I saw I asked if they could get someone to help me. Jack came again. He was friendly, greeted me made sure I had the right keys and and even got a “have a nice day” I’m really appreciate of good customer service.”

“Excellent hardware store. Im so glad its close by. Benjamin Moore paint is the best stuff you can buy, and they carry it. I buy quite a bit there as its not worth the trip to HD or Lowe's to save a $1, and McCabes likely has it for most items. If I have one complaint, some of the plumbing aisle has things on display that look like they've been there a long time.”

“No complaints. I have always made big purchases online and had zero issues getting deliveries from this location and installation. Also their staff goes out of their way to help u load material. They always seem to have what I need. But I did find that on many items their online website has a better selection.”
“I was looking for a quality brass shower curtain rod and needed it fast. When I was looking around online I found a couple of options, but ultimately chose Signature Hardware because it not only looked nice, but it was estimated that I'd receive it on 6/8. When I used the tool on their website to estimate shipping time it showed as 6/8, when I placed my order and chose my shipping option, it showed 6/8. This was far better than the 6/12 date I had through a different company.
Unfortunately, the next day, when I received a shipping notification it showed that it would be delivered on 6/11. I opened a chat, interacted with Kendra D and she was able to track down the package, have it pulled, relabel it for overnight and I had my package the next day. Superb customer service, an unexpected, but very welcome resolution. Shower rod is installed and looks great!

“Clean store, well stocked and interesting to walk around and browse. Employees are helpful. But Menards has the dumbest rebate/discount program on the planet. To get 11% off you have to buy something, find and fill out one of the many rebate forms, mail it somewhere along with the receipt, wait several weeks to get a coupon in the mail that then can only be used at Menards. So dumb. It's like being trapped in the 6th circle of Hades.”
“Picked out carpet at Lowe’s. I believe a third party took over the project. We are not pleased. The seam is in the worst possible place and is very prominent. The men who actually put the carpet down tried every way possible to place the seam in a better place but couldn’t be done. My complaint is with those who cut the carpet. Our next project is new flooring in the entire lower level but Lowe’s will certainly not get the job.”
“I had to go here 4 times in 3 days. Each time the customer service was actually OUTSTANDING, like people literally going out of their way to help me. This is with the exception of one instance. In attempting to return something the man working the return desk was condescending, snarky and rude.”
