They have the meds my dog and I take for the right price with the ease of auto-refill email notifcations. I have been with original online pharmacy through its incarnations and I'm sticking with HealthWarehouse. I highly recommend them.”

“Don't worry about ditching your big pharmacy for Rohe. I was worried about not having a drive thru, but the process at Rohe is a million times faster than other pharmacies. Plus, the staff is so nice and knows my family by name. It's a wonderful place and you will not regret making the switch! I am so happy to support a local business and not a chain store!”

“I've had nothing but GOOD experiences with this pharmacy. Unhappy people should try going to CVS where it takes days to fill a simple script and they take 2 hour lunches in the middle of the day. Meijer is efficient and the people are kind!”

“Edit 5/19/26: After about a year using this pharmacy, I am completely pleased.
I have never had any problems beyond the occasional stock shortages that have affected all pharmacies. AFAIK this is beyond their control.
This pharmacy does a much better job at acquiring stock and keeping me updated. They tell me when they will receive it, and everything is smooth as it can be.
*I don't miss Walgreens (or other chain pharmacies) at all.*

“Wait times can be a bit long unfortunately but the staff being helpful and kind (for the most part) make up for it a bit. Drive thru is significantly a longer wait than just going inside. Always. Almost Everytime. But calling to ask questions is pretty simple.”

“This pharmacy is awesome, you do not have to worry about running out of your meds, Amanda or Matt will call you when your prescriptions are due. Free delivery or mailed to you're house is a great service no more hour long or more lines at Kroger's. Lindsey and Brian the pharmacist are so friendly and informational. This pharmacy will also have your med's separated for night and day as well. I just cannot say enough about this pharmacy.”
“Shy Ray (not sure if I spelled correctly) works in customer service and is wonderful. She gave a us tip as a Veteran to go online and sign up and get our Sam’s club membership for a lower price and then we went up to her to get our new cards and my husband left his phone ? and she found use in the store and returned his phone ? WOW! She is so efficient with customers too and pleasant and has the fastest lines in the whole building!

“Pharmacy is always fantastic. My only complaint is that Google says they are open daily for pick-up from 8:30-4:30 even on the days that they are closed. This is not true. Just drove 20 minutes to find out that the Google listing for pick-up is 100% inaccurate. PLEASE FIX. Other than that they are doing GREAT WORK! Keep it up.”
“Just wanted to take a moment to appreciate the amazing services the staff at this Sam’s club location’s pharmacy offers. The two older ladies at the customer desk are super polite, soft spoken and very understanding. The pharmacists are also very caring. I have never had a problem with them and they always call you and explain the situation if there is a problem. Today I was going to pick up a prescription for my son for an upcoming travel and they were out of distilled water. The pharmacist was aware of our international trip and sent someone immediately to get another gallon from a nearby store and got the prescription ready for us very quickly. I have been using this pharmacy for probably 6-8 years and really wanted to give leave a review as a token of appreciation for their hard work and excellent customer service.”
“Had a variety of items and many things on clearance. Saw a police officer that appeared to be on duty working at the store. Very odd but that is what America is; an unsafe haven of criminals. So glad he was there to deter crime.”

Burlington is my primary pharmacy, so I had no personal experiences with the Hebron location until his script was transferred. The amount of care, concern, and thoughtfulness she displayed to help resolve the issues we were having, was incredible!!! I can not thank her enough for being the person she is!! Her communication skills are out of this world. She is such as asset to your pharmacy. She made us feel like we were her only priority, without ever even meeting us.
