“Well, i was having trouble finding a place that would maintain stock of long stem 14mm nectar collector's. I walked into this store 1 day, they had what I wanted. So the bonus was the young lady behind the counter, p.k.. Beautiful girl who smelled wonderful with a beautiful smile who was warm, friendly, curtious, & professional. I told her my situation, she stated she would pass the word, & ive gotten what I came to get everytime since that 1st sale. Can't be any more accommodating in the matter of customer service than that. Good looking out yall. Keep up the good work. I would like to add, that on a separate occasion, one of the nec collector was broke on the inside & p.k. took it back, & discounted the next heavily to satisfy my returnissues. I cant speak for anyone but me, but they were respectful & instantly sought to gratify me, & I feel like it was all very effortless on they're part to do what it took to make it right. Thanks.”
“Everyone there takes the time to help you if you need it or to show you whatever you may need or be interested in and even help you if you mess up and get the wrong thing. They have great sales for the holiday and decent prices the rest of the year. Its the only shope I go to for my stuff other places don't have as good a staff.”

They are always in a good mood and are all so friendly, knowledgeable and just flat out the most awesome people behind the counter. Prices are really great but even if they were the most expensive in town I would still only shop at this one store. I can't say enough good things about the store and staff at the Green River Rd location. 100 stars/thumbs up/ high fives. THIS is a business model that needs to be given a spotlight.
