“The store is 2 stories so it's not wheelchair friendly. If you buy something heavy make sure you bring able body friends as you're responsible for moving it. The furniture there is good quality and the sell appliances and they had plenty of stainless steel fridges some are in great condition, some are in scratch and dent but are new. They also have a small amount of washer and dryers. Plenty of flooring and different colors and if you need vinyl blinds to here before buying from anywhere. They also have limited furniture but they do have a good selection if you need a small collection.”

“Christa Ellerbee at the front register at the Cold Spring store was very helpful yesterday. I called to inquire if TractorSupply had a Craftsman mower blade. (Home Depot does not carry Craftsman) She was willing to run back to the blade area and confirm the model was in stock and provided a price over the phone. It saved me a trip confirming this. She had it sitting at the front desk and politely and helpfully rang it u. Away I went. Thanks Christa for your extra effort. That is all it takes is that extra little effort and is so rare in this day Of course a lot of companies are overwhelmed due to shortage of workers but Christa didn't care. She made up for the slack. Thank you Christa.”
“I was looking for a tool chest that the last 3 Home Depots said they had but did not, the tool chest showed up in the system for Cold Springs but with a ton of looking with Nathaniel it was not found. Nathaniel went up and beyond calling other stores, unfortunately the other stores did not bother helping. Kudos to Nathaniel, I appreciate his help”
“Would you please sell Wooster paint brushes. I hate home Depot but I can't get Wooster paint brushes in your stores so I have to go there. Purdy are the worst brushes but you keep selling them. I tell management and no one listens.”

“My friend were looking for wood crates for a crafting project. We ask three different employees if they had them and everyone said no except for Brendan. Brendan not only located the wood crates but also grabbed a ladder and checked in the storage for another one when we asked if they had anymore. And then even after all of that he was extremely friendly. Brendan is the most helpful and exemplary employee at this location.”
“I didn’t care for this place previously because nobody was ever in a hurry to help you, but they have come a long way here. It was a pleasant shopping experience.
They have a great plumbing department and an electrical department that isn’t bad at all.
Their appliance department has a limited selection, so I would suggest ordering online. Their pricing on appliances is very aggressive and you can get almost any brand you want.
I was disappointed on the selection of in-stock ceiling tiles, but I guess that these aren’t fast moving items.
Halloween and Christmas decorations get too much floor space.”
