“The store is 2 stories so it's not wheelchair friendly. If you buy something heavy make sure you bring able body friends as you're responsible for moving it. The furniture there is good quality and the sell appliances and they had plenty of stainless steel fridges some are in great condition, some are in scratch and dent but are new. They also have a small amount of washer and dryers. Plenty of flooring and different colors and if you need vinyl blinds to here before buying from anywhere. They also have limited furniture but they do have a good selection if you need a small collection.”

“Christa Ellerbee at the front register at the Cold Spring store was very helpful yesterday. I called to inquire if TractorSupply had a Craftsman mower blade. (Home Depot does not carry Craftsman) She was willing to run back to the blade area and confirm the model was in stock and provided a price over the phone. It saved me a trip confirming this. She had it sitting at the front desk and politely and helpfully rang it u. Away I went. Thanks Christa for your extra effort. That is all it takes is that extra little effort and is so rare in this day Of course a lot of companies are overwhelmed due to shortage of workers but Christa didn't care. She made up for the slack. “My friend were looking for wood crates for a crafting project. We ask three different employees if they had them and everyone said no except for Brendan. Brendan not only located the wood crates but also grabbed a ladder and checked in the storage for another one when we asked if they had anymore. And then even after all of that he was extremely friendly. Brendan is the most helpful and exemplary employee at this location.”
“The Ridge store staff are far more friendly and helpful than the staff at the Mason store. At Mason, employees often give careless responses such as, “If we have it, it should be in that area.”. I am not sure why but staff seems to be stressed out except there are a few fresh new young employee front/cashier staff.”
