“Son moved from Chicago to Cincinnati. I rented a 10ft truck and an auto transport. I added a storage, 1st month free. Storage at this location was clean and had indoor parking for loading/unloading. My sons apartment was ready within a the week. So the 1st month free was handy. Storage Manager and personnel was extremely helpful throughout the process.”

“This store is really nice. When I came to pack up, they told me I had to wait since the person hadn't arrived yet. When the person arrived, they asked me to bring the pick-up slip myself, and then they received a phone call saying they didn't need it anymore and could print it out. It only takes two hours to install the U-box, which is really fast.”
“The most recent operator that took a payment performed the task, but her tone of voice was uninterested and made me feel as if she was annoyed with me. Attitude matters.”

“We had a great experience with Logan today when we were completely out of gas for our furnace. He was prompt, kind and extremely knowledgeable; which immediately put us at ease during a stressful situation. Logan took the time to explain what was going on, fixed the issue efficiently and also replaced our regulator to bring everything up to code. It’s rare to find someone who is not only skilled at their job but also genuinely caring and professional! We’re very grateful for his help!”
