“You can usually find what you're looking for or something close to it. Their stock rotates based on what's delivered by corporate to the individual stores which apparently is a combination of common (holiday decorations, cookware, etc) and area specific (e.g. sports teams). I can't say I've ever had a bad experience with employees at a Ross location. If anything, they're typically friendly and helpful.”

“while shopping, I encounter one of the most sweetest ladies, Mrs. Betty Went above and beyond To ensure that I got the perfect gift for my dad this Christmas, she helped me quick, kindly amd efficiently.”
“I bought the last 24 inch bolt cutter. They had a 36 too. Now thats what i call retail! Lowes was slacking & they answered the phone & helped me out quickly! ? thats what i call business.”
“6th Street Antiques is one of Hopkinsville’s somewhat hidden gems. There is a wide variety of merchandise on offer here, from lovely antique furniture to lamps to toys to books - a selection too broad to list here. Catherine Arthur, the owner, is welcoming and friendly and her prices are quite reasonable. I often joke that 6th Street Antiques is like Disney World - you can’t see it all in one day! If you like antiques, you owe it to yourself to pay this store a visit.”
“I came by the service center to get a cabin air filter for my car. And Steven helped me out with that. I appreciate you taking the time out to answer my questions about how to change it. It means alot to get authentic personal service. A sincere THANK YOU!”
“Not so friendly..? if you can find someone?. They like to gather and talk... but not help. The manager is one of the worst. The place is mostly maintained. Some thing are over priced.. but nothing is really well made. So.. you get what you paid for. Don't expect it to last.
Update
It has improved a lot. The whole vibe in there is better. Went up 3 stars.”
