“I am writing this review because I have been banking with PNC for many years. I don’t typically write reviews but when I saw this branch had 2 stars, it blew my mind. So like anyone would do, I read the reviews and my mouth dropped. I wanted to share my view. I was informed that this branch is one of the busiest branches in the market. I would agree. However, as an outsider looking in, I would say 70% of the customers that come in are business customers or employees of said business. So they may have 5 deposits that they are making plus needing a change order. So yes, the line will get backed up ESPECIALLY if you have multiple businesses doing the same thing at the same time. This is not the branches fault. Also, every time I come in, people are not prepared for their transaction. So that adds time to our wait. I was thrilled that one of the employees offered to show me different ways to do my banking so that I didn’t have to wait in the line or even come in if I didn’t have to. There are some new faces which it may take them a little longer than someone who is seasoned but we all were new at our job at some point. Show some patience and kindness. This branch truly is one of the best PNC’s that I have been too. Try not to give a review on something they have no control over. This branch has been handed lemons and they are making lemonade to the best of their ability. If any employee is reading this, thank you for all that you all do.”

“I’ve been retired for two years and my wife is still working but still trying to decide her retirement date. I began talking to financial advisors around 2 years before I actually did retire. I had talked with three other companies besides TWF.I decided to go with TWF because I was more comfortable with the way they laid out our income plan and how our money would be distributed through retirement.My wife and I also liked the fact that even though Mr. walker is roughly our age, TWF seemed structured very well, and we have mainly been dealing with advisors he has in place that should be around throughout our retirement.they’ve been very flexible and receptive to us changing dates and information in our plan and them making adjustments, and have been very responsive to any questions that we have concerning our plan.So far we’ve been very happy with TWF.”
