“I use the card free access with my phone the only real issue is when the machine is empty once you use your code you have to wait at least 30 mins to request another one. Add a option or something to reuse code or reissue code on error or simply say EMPTY or some notification it's empty before using your code.”

“This is not the branch I go to normally, but I do go in there occasionally. I was in there this morning and my back was killing me. I asked the guard if it was ok for me sit down for a while because of my back. She told me to sit down in one of the chairs by the tellers. I had my hands full of bags with purchases from the Dollar Tree next door. The guard held the doors open for me when I left the bank. The staff there are very friendly and usually get you in and out pretty quick.”

“I LOVE THIS TRUCK STOP! I always make sure I have enough gas to get here to fill up. Gas is ALWAYS 20-30 cents cheaper than my hometown! If you need a shirt, sunglasses, icecream or a shot glass - it's there.......and the gas! Have NEVER had a bad experience! Should check it out if you're in that area, if traveling, stop to fill up! “When it comes to banking, I perfer to do everything online with 0 human interaction. I did a have an issues that required assistance that either needed to be the drive thru or in person and I was dreading it. I arrived here at 1pm on a Tuesday. There was a bit of a line but it moved at a decent pace. The lady who helped me was excellent. She resolved my issues quickly and effectively. She was very friendly and able to fix the issue in the drive thru. I would go back to this bank if I needed in person assistance.”

“I am writing this review because I have been banking with PNC for many years. I don’t typically write reviews but when I saw this branch had 2 stars, it blew my mind. So like anyone would do, I read the reviews and my mouth dropped. I wanted to share my view. I was informed that this branch is one of the busiest branches in the market. I would agree. However, as an outsider looking in, I would say 70% of the customers that come in are business customers or employees of said business. So they may have 5 deposits that they are making plus needing a change order. So yes, the line will get backed up ESPECIALLY if you have multiple businesses doing the same thing at the same time. This is not the branches fault. Also, every time I come in, people are not prepared for their transaction. So that adds time to our wait. I was thrilled that one of the employees offered to show me different ways to do my banking so that I didn’t have to wait in the line or even come in if I didn’t have to. There are some new faces which it may take them a little longer than someone who is seasoned but we all were new at our job at some point. Show some patience and kindness. This branch truly is one of the best PNC’s that I have been too. Try not to give a review on something they have no control over. This branch has been handed lemons and they are making lemonade to the best of their ability. If any employee is reading this, thank you for all that you all do.”
