“Cody was great, and was an advocate for my parents and really went the extra mile. I went in with my parents because they had a bunch of issues with their account and fraud; he did all the math by hand and made sure they were credited every cent that they were owed. My parents really appreciated him helping them so much and made sure everything was settled with their account. I've always had good experiences with this location.”

He, he spoke to his boss in the process so I feel very reassured. I’m 76 years old and I don’t understand most of this so it’s nice to have somebody take time with me. Thank you.”

He gave me the other options available, but was understanding of what I needed. He also took the time to help me transfer all of my information to my new device. When we talked about changes to my plan, he was able to show me what my best options would be both from a data and feature standpoint and a financial standpoint. I would definitely visit this location again for any of my cellular needs.”
“Mason at ATT was great. He was very honest and helpful. I came in extremely irritated with the insurance program- Asurion- which is apparently not ATT, but he helped make a really bad situation right. I appreciate his patience because I was extremely angry walking into the store. I still hate the insurance- but have a more favorable view of ATT based on my interaction with Mason and did not cancel my services which is what I came into the store to do.”

I went in with a new phone still in the box and asked him to help me with transferring it from my old one and to buy accessories and to correct a couple things on my account. He even went further, putting my screen protector and case on and even cleared my old phone and boxed it up for me, putting labels on it, taped it up, now all I have to do is drop it off to UPS!!! He was polite and really did make me at ease with all of it!!! Thanks James!!”
“I am not one to write many reviews but had to compliment Levi after such a great experience yesterday! My husband & I have a business account with AT&T and recently got an upgrade including a new tablet. We received our tablet in the mail and after 24 hours it became defective. My husband called and Levi immediately took care of our issue and overnighted us a new one that we will be receiving today! Fantastic customer service!”

“Mandy was an absolute breath of fresh air! Not only was she able to fix my issues with the phone, she actually brightened my whole day! I'm so glad cricket was my first stop today as it was a great way to begin the day. After telling me how young I looked (I'm 40?,) instead of turning me away and having me call 611 she actually got on chat with them herself and resolved the problem for me!? And even when we had a couple bumps in the road she didn't give up, she was persistent, and she resolved the issue. Thanks again Mandy! And great job to Cricket for picking her as part of their team!

“Came into ATT store in Fern Creek today to add a line to my account and get a new iphone. Ethan and Kaleb helped us. I have been an ATT customer for 20 years. This has been by far the best experience I have ever had with ATT. Ethan and Kaleb were very personable and very knowledgeable about the products. They helped us choose a phone and accessories and then gave a quick tutorial how to use an IPhone( had an Android before). They were phenominal.!!!”

“The guy working tonight was amazing and I wish I could remember his name to put it on here anyways this store was out of phone cases for my device I bought and he knew my concern of dropping this new iPhone I purchased, unfortunately they were out of cases so to make sure I left happy and satisfied he offered me his personal phone case that matched my new phone which was an awesome gesture of authentic and genuine kindness and I appreciate him very much !
