Evan and Bryson stayed past store hours to ensure my problem was fixed and I would have no issues moving forward. I hope they both get a raise! Incredible customer service! “Luke was amazing. He made everything really easy to go through. We switched from t mobile. The walk in customer service was much better than t mobile ever was. The store manager I believe his name was DJ he went on and got our plan and phones ready for us. He even took into account of my work day id probably need a work line (I do) and was able to bundle and get us a good deal. Way cheaper than t mobile with wayyyy better phone service. I want to thank yall for all the help and being amazing at customer service and your job in general!!”

“There’s places I hate going to because of the lack of help and overall feeling like I’m disrupting their down time but not ATnT! I know when I walk in I’m greeted immediately with smiles and a feeling like I’m important to the company. This is rare these days. They are patient especially when it came to my dad, who had a stroke and has trouble communicating, they were understanding and talked slow enough so he could understand. I never feel unwelcomed and I’m in and out of the store in minutes. Love you guys”

“The guy working tonight was amazing and I wish I could remember his name to put it on here anyways this store was out of phone cases for my device I bought and he knew my concern of dropping this new iPhone I purchased, unfortunately they were out of cases so to make sure I left happy and satisfied he offered me his personal phone case that matched my new phone which was an awesome gesture of authentic and genuine kindness and I appreciate him very much !
