“I bought a truck from a guy that had the transmission replaced at this location a year and a half ago then moved to Georgia, verified the warranty would transfer so i purchased the truck. I noticed after a few hundred miles a pretty good leak. So i called the shop explained my situation and that i reside in georgia 6 hours away. I was told to take the truck to an ammco shop since they are a sister company. I did, the ammco shop did the work and Cottman stood behind their warranty....i would definitley recomend this shop to anyone.”

“I've been a customer for 2.5 years, regularly sending 2-3 vehicles throughout the year — mostly for oil changes, although I did get a new drive belt installed once. I've regularly gotten great service and coaching about foreseeable issues, which I've found very helpful.
However, 2025 has introduced some significant cost jumps that I find worrisome as a trend, although the inflation very well could be an industry norm. For example, in comparison to oil changes I got just 3 and 6 months ago, prices have increased as follows: oil service (+$5, +20%); oil service parts (+$3.96, +15.2%); shop supply fee (+2, +67%); environmental fee (+$2, +67%).
As an another reviewer recently noted, I also experienced an unexpected shop closure mid-day on a Thursday. I left a voicemail and we managed to sort everything out within an hour thanks to a call back, however, but it might have been a bigger issue if I were on a tighter schedule.
Overall, the trustworthiness and convenience factors still win my household's business — but due to cost increases I'll have to be cautiously optimistic in 2026, I'm afraid.”

“Steve and his team are always fair, knowledgeable and reasonable. I've been taking vehicles there for many years. I trust their opinion. They don't try to fix what doesn't need to be fixed. My dealer shop wanted to fix something that was very expensive. Eventually we did have to do the service, but it was over three years later. I appreciate that about them.”
“I have a tire warranty and was told only licensed places could replace it. I called around and tires plus was the inly one that could get me in same day and was willing to jump through the hoops the warranty company put them through. I am so thankful for Sid. He was who I spoke with when I called and he seen that everything got taken car of right away from the tire to the paperwork. I feel like they went above and beyond!! I would refer anyone to them!!!

“I came in to Kaiser around 10 am, in crisis mode as is often the case with unplanned and unexpected auto issues. I was greeted warmly, as usual. I had several major issues needing attention and that day was my only day to get things done. The team at Kaiser rose to the occasion. I picked my car up at 2 pm. Problems solved. These guys in the back work hard so a generous tip for pizza etc. was left as a way to show appreciation. I highly recommend Kaiser Tire & Auto!”
