“I came in to Kaiser around 10 am, in crisis mode as is often the case with unplanned and unexpected auto issues. I was greeted warmly, as usual. I had several major issues needing attention and that day was my only day to get things done. The team at Kaiser rose to the occasion. I picked my car up at 2 pm. Problems solved. These guys in the back work hard so a generous tip for pizza etc. was left as a way to show appreciation. I highly recommend Kaiser Tire & Auto!”

“My parents told me to come here to get my tire fixed. I was a little skeptical because of the name big o tires. I usually try to stay away from chain companies, but it's privately owned. Anyway, Shannon was funny. To be honest I was a little intimidated,? but he's really cool.
He patched up and fixed my tire for free.So that definitely made my day because I have so much.I need to do with this damn truck.Anyway thank so much!!!”
