“Car folks that aren't your usual behind the counter auto parts guys. The folks at every Bumper2Bumper that inhabits a place and with its rare sighting, is a colossal find. You ever hear "these guys know cars" in certain circles of the other genre of bird watchers that seem to frequent EVERY part of town N, S, E, and West? Along with the chat ups about "I seen this" OR "I'm pretty sure it was when I consulted the book"? Well, this ain't them " experts". I f you walk in what you thought was an establishment seeming and teeming with those " experts"? Take an about face and consult the "local guide's" expertise and confirm the address. These expert autopartologist's share an introduction with the author's note, and one must entertain the idea of "You know, I'm going to be in the exclusive club and considered a VIP amongst those in the group" of usual backyard bird watchers. So, give the number you came across, looked in the index and discovered, probably by happenchance, a ringy ring. Because my friends, "fluke or a coincidental event", it doesn't work that way as luck, happenchance, coincidence or, if you believe, Fate or Kismet, often seem to have the upper hand in such matters. Do this, and you're "IN". 5 Stars for a life time of "finally, it all fits as it should" from the start of the experience to the finality of that trek. Just like this fine auto parts store..... The gist of my review if understood will present a rarity, that being rarely seen by those fortunate enough, them then to see the rare beauty in and of it.”

“I got in a wreck and smashed up the front of my car pretty good.Everyone at Roys was so nice and polite. They kept me in the loop whenever I called to check on my car.Even when something inexcusable happened once I picked it up, they came and got me, got their own tow truck to get my car, gave me a rental and fixed it.Hopefully I won’t need to have my car fixed again but if i do I will definitely take it back here!They take pride in their work and I am grateful for them!Services: Painting”

“I wanted to share in my experience with Auto Zone in LaGrange. They are always good to me and make me feel comfortable but they went above and beyond tonight. I had bought a duel pack of headlight bulbs from them. They don’t come with a warranty. I placed my right bulb and within a couple weeks it had already died.I went in there ready to buy a new one and the manager remembered me and told me they had a 90 day customer satisfaction policy and she replaced my headlight for free. Thats smart business and kindness to a repeat customer. They will continue to get my business!We are so quick to complain. I just wanted to share my wonderful experience.”

“It is a great place to shop at, I buy all my parts that I need for my truck my mower. And the often have the parts we need for the great customer service. Their parts are super reliable, and prices are fair. They will always give you recommendations what you need when you need it. They are friendly, funny people Who care about their customers more than they do themselves. I would not recommend going to O’Reillys because they never have the parts that you need a customer service sucks and their employees don’t care.”

“Ordered parts pick up through the AFTERPAY app. Order was ready for pick up in less than 15 minutes! Drove to the store in LaGrange and soon as I walked on, I was the only customer. The counter assistance was friendly and pleasant. I picked up my brake pads and departed in less time OVERALL than would be spent driving to auto parts store, counter help to obtain parts, pay for parts then return home. I saved time? “Picking up a part for my Acura this visit. I prefer O'Reilly's over the competition, due to the knowledgeable O'Reilly folks behind the counter. I tend to own a car or two every year. They are used vehicles with high mileage, so the result is repairs are commonplace, and replacement of worn parts I do myself mostly. So, when I have a need for some input from another enthusiast of old school or "new school" O'Reilly's is my go to. Yes, there are plenty of others in town. However, I create an easy rapport with most at my neighborhood O'Reilly's and they with me because of my fame and fortune. I'm famous for holding the record of "Most Auto Repairs Performed on Just Purchased, Due to The Driver Testing Limits Past the Actual". Short for I've wrecked every he's ever owned. Testing limits determined by pushing past them and hitting posts, testing upside down drifting capabilities, and off road accidental wheel off road speeds. 5. “We started coming here a few years ago after I had bad service at my local Louisville dealerships. I highly recommend this place. We use their service department and they are always accommodating with appointment days/times. We did have a problem once when we had an oil change and the cap was screwed on crooked, which caused a very slow oil leak. When we had an error code pop up, we brought it in. They detected the error, apologized for the mistake, and corrected it in a reasonable amount of time. Today my husband took it for an oil change and I mentioned on the phone it was giving another error code. If they could run the code, if they had time, he would be happy to come back for whatever needs fixed. My husband called to tell me they showed him the error code shows our battery has bad cells and is likely to give us problems starting in below freezing weather. They took care of it while he was there. They are so friendly with outstanding customer service!”

“This was a kinda unique experience in that at first it was awful but at the end it came together very nicely. Initially I called the 3 lost local walmart auto centers only to have no one answer ever. I’ve had walmart employees often tell me the app is incredibly unreliable it’s best to always call and check if a item is actually in stock at that time. Finally a guy answered at the Lagrange Walmart and wasn’t a minute y had checked and found the battery I needed and said there was plenty and once I came in he would be glad to help me load it or install it. I was just purchasing this battery to take home to install, so I don’t know much for their actul installs results, but after 30 min of non response it was great to reach someone who was doing thier job properly and so helpful. I believe they are open until 7pm.”
