“Found some bolts that would work. The exact stuff I was looking for was sold out and no one was available to ask about how often stuff was ordered so I just bought what was there and left.”

“Warren is always helpful and patient helping me figure out part numbers and orders. Sometimes I do have to wait a while to be helped, but that is because they are helping people like me figure things out. In any case, this is my go to spot for hardware!”

“After getting several quotes for a new front door, I recently used Watts for a full replacement of the door, sidelights & framing. The door came in faster than expected and I was grateful that their installer could make repairs himself when some unexpected damage was found after removal. Candy and Maddie was easy to work with. Very pleased with the process!
I had Watts back out a couple of weeks ago to replace the damaged hardwood flooring in my home. It was a large job to remove the existing flooring, build up the subfloor and install new LVP. I am very happy with the new look and Candy's contractors worked very hard to get it done in 3 days.”
