“My interaction with Superior Credit Union - University was outstanding. I actually stopped to make a quick withdrawal and ended up staying there over an hour updating my accounts. It all started because of the unsolicited but gladly received education on account options from the teller, a very pleasant and zealous young lady, assisting me. My education started with her at drive through teller (I never got her name but my transaction receipt says this 0481 at 1:55pm). First she took care of my pressing business. She was spot on! My education continued after my transaction was ended with Mr. Lee Pennekamp and Mr. Samuel Young. They finished my education and got me through the account upgrades. The education was so good that I spent more time talking with Mr. Pennekamp and Mr. Young. Upon arrival home I explained it to my lovely wife what I had done and she was glad to hear how Superior was looking out for us versus the treatment we’ve gotten from Banks. Thank you.”
“My wife and I changed from pnc bank to cinfed credit union and it’s one of the best decisions we ever made. I look forward to going to cinfed hell half the time I can get what I need from the atm but the ladies/tellers that work behind the counter are nothing short of amazing they are very personable which in my book goes a very long way I think a great relationship with who you bank with is very important. In all honesty I think this is the first time I’ve done banking where I’m involved and I enjoy it most of the time my wife took care of everything but I since started helping her with it and the ladies at cinfed make it very easy and pleasurable to pay my bills lol. I mean nobody likes shelling out a bunch of money but these ladies make it a lot more enjoyable they always have a smile on their face and always speak ask how I’m doing how my family is doing and they make small talk as well make you feel like they want you there and now days that’s hard to come by there’s not anything that I can say bad about cinfed or any of the ladies that work there they all are outstanding amazing ladies and I am very happy that we made the change to cinfed because again my banking experience is a lot more enjoyable now because of all the staff/ladies that work at this cinfed again they are nothing short of amazing to me my family and everyone else that I see in there keep up the excellent work ladies because of them I will be a lifetime cinfed account holder.”

“Elastic has been a lifesaver for me. They have a calculator that automatically let you know what you will pay on the amount you borrow. They are straightforward and warn you that is an expensive line of credit. Also, a financial course is given which is very helpful. Elastic is fair and the key is to borrow only what you are able to pay back.”

My only issue is the mobile app is always under maintenance, and when I need to access my money, I can't. It's especially difficult being stationed overseas. “I've been with Stock Yards Bank most of my life. First in Louisville and now in Cincinnati. They combine modern techniques with old fashioned customer service. Their branches are small, and their employees take the time to get to know their customers. I don't go in terribly often but the staff always knows who I am and has a welcoming smile on their face. Even better, they waive ATM fees! Whenever I've dealt with loans or other issues, their management has always been top-notch in making sure that every detail is taken care of. “So I've been a US BANK customer for about 5 years.I left 5/3rd when I owned a few businesses because they are, pardon me, a collective group of class A total a-holes overall. 5/3rd. Terrible company. TERRIBLE ugh I puke thinking about every interaction with them....I digress....US BANK has been good to work with overall. The branches I've used are Beechmont, 4th Street Covington, Milford and Wooster. All decent to work with, good folks.Then I've been in this branch 3 times since I moved to South Covington a few months ago.Top notch all the way. Jeremy the branch manager helped today with my cashier's check to buy a rental property. Another manager came to help with a title transfer when I gave my DIL my old car. Tellers are kind, courteous and seem to really like their jobs - you can tell.Don't change a thing! Perfection! This is the banking experience I knew was out there but had never found.Great job to Jeremy and the entire team here, thank you, thank you for being the type of bank we should all have - bravo!!!”
