“I reviewed this place a few years ago and gave it a less than stellar recommendation then, but last week I decided to buy a new iPhone 17 and went there to see what info I could get about it. I spoke with a young man named Jim who was super knowledgeable and super helpful. The phone came to me via FedEx in a few days. I took it back to the store and Jim helped me get the transfer from my iPhone 13 to the new iPhone 17 accomplished. While we were waiting, he answered a lot of my questions, helped me find a new case, and installed a screen protector and covers for the camera lenses. He really knew his stuff, was very friendly and courteous and very efficient. It was like night and day the improvement in service between my previous visits and this experience. I will definitely recommend this store and especially this young man Jim to anyone who asks.”
