“Hands Down the best buying experience that I have ever had with Cricket. Vanessa was able to answer all of my questions and get me taken care of on all of my needs as far as what I was looking for. She went above and beyond to make sure my phone worked cause we did have an issue getting it switched over but she made sure everything was perfect before I left the store and even stayed a little longer to make sure the job was done. I really appreciate service like this because it’s hard to find these days. I would recommend this store to anyone.”
“Jermaine was awesome, took us back as soon as we walked in and helped us very efficiently. I made a mistake with the survey and I am hoping this makes up for it...the store was great and Jermaine deserves a raise.”
“I came in there with what had been an impossible task to me, linking my computer, my Google pixel phone, and my watch. Jim was super helpful and performed a miracle on the phone watch connection! He was so attentive, read stuff so fast, and had amazing customer service. Sam also looked up my account about something, while Jen was working on the computer, phone and watch, and he was also very helpful. Helpful. Wrote down the number for me to call customer service about the issue, etc. I just wanted to let Jesus know he has two amazing and knowledgeable guys working there! “I went in looking to change to a new service provider and upgrade my phone - Melanie was amazing! Incredibly friendly and personable, she helped me get the best deal on a new phone and made sure I had everything I needed like a case, charger, and screen protector. It was great getting it all in one place! Top notch customer service from Melanie!”
“What a wonderful help
Beverley was at the ATT store in Frankfort, KY.. My phone was a mess. Apps kept popping up that I never requested on my Samsung Cell Phone. It seemed to keep recurring after a recent update. Talk about frustration.”
“Went in to Verizon store in Frankfort KY and worked with Ki Ramos to get our service switched. She was fantastic!! Highly recommend you go check them out. I’ll never go back to AT&T. Great service.”
