“I have to say. It's a good store, and most of the time it's a good experience, but as a customer who does shop there, I don't think it's okay for an employee to burst out of the dollar store going off on anyone because they want to be able to smoke. Since when does someone who picks up cigarette butts outside in between checks and never steals or bothers anybody or asks anyone for anything have to be chewed out if she's minding her own business? I have never been treated like that by anyone anywhere and no other place I've lived around has given me any sort of trouble. I have never stolen from there, I have never asked anyone for anything, and I've never bothered anybody. But it's people like this guy that make me unable to quit. It's Thanksgiving day, just let people do them if they're not stealing, if they're not bothering anybody, and if they just want to look around, then I don't see the problem here. The problem that I do see, is that my husband was called a d*** ni**** in a quiet voice. And this is not okay. My husband is schizophrenic and I'm surprised he didn't explode he kept his composure way better than I was able to. Customers even walked out of store glaring at that man. This is in my 10+ years of experience in customer service and retail, the lowest, meanest treatment we have gotten from anybody anywhere and I only hope that no one ever gets talked to that way because my husband is furious after seeing me in tears. We've been told to not return to the store, we've already spoken to the officer and been formally trespassed. we agreed to not return there. I'm not trying to slander anyone but this a simple verbal disagreement that could have been handled much easier by being more civilized with us. No charges have been pressed so we appreciate that because this is really petty. It's a good store, but that one guy is mostly professional just needs a talking to about how you treat people.”

“They have great prices on meat and other items. I love their weekly sales that they have and they always have pop-up items that are not always available. They also have a coupon program through their app or you can use the kiosk in store which is really nice.”

My husband and I dont have a car and have been living in lewisburg and can't afford to live in russellville to get delivery from the store and since we live close to the dollar general in lewisburg we've been subject to the limited items and high prices. having delivery in our area is life changing! “Walmart's pharmacy is always been a wonderful place to go! I'll still continue to go to Walmart Pharmacy but in Florida Walmart Pharmacy if you need a prescription very bad and you can't get to it it will get to you and the Russellville store don't offer anything like that and I had to call us total stranger to go get my Teccrolims part of my anti rejection therapy for a transplanted kidney when I miss or I'm late a few hours my kidneys start to fail and for that situation any pharmacy should make sure that that patient has an option for delivery and emergency situations so because of that reason I probably may go to a different Pharmacy that offers to deliver I can't afford not to have them delivered I've got neuropathy very bad through my feet and I think also in my brain and if I can't walk very well I certainly can't get in a car and drive without feeling my feet for the gas and the break who knows if I'd even make it there situations like this should be considered for patience that need their medication and have no way of getting it thank you!”
