Ace Hardware is a helpful and well-organized store offering a convenient shopping experience for the Lexington community. The store is well-kept and has a very impressive selection of products, often having everything customers need. It serves as a great alternative to big box stores, with unique finds and a paint area for mixing. The staff is consistently described as extremely knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, kind, and professional. They provide outstanding service, knowing where products are located and recommending the best options. While generally excellent, service can occasionally feel a little aggressive. Customers report being very pleased and often drive out of their way to shop there, with many stating they will definitely return and recommend the store.
It is my favorite store to shop because it serves all of the needs that I have !! Great store !!

Friendly service, really really clean store, good selection. Affiliated with Hallmark so they also have a section of greeting cards, yard flags, candles and other small gifts.

Personally, I love going to a Ace or True Hardware. I feel the employees know so much more about the items in the store. This one is right down the street from us and it's almost like seeing family.
