“My fridge went out at 9 pm on Thursday night. I scrambled to give away or store things on ice, and went to Pieratt's the next mornng. The sales guy was great and he helped me locate a replacement that was available. Monday morning Zach, Tayshaun, and Scott brought the new appliance out. They carted off the old refridgerator and installed the new one in record time. What a relief! Everyone from sales to service, delivery and installation were top notch. It's the reason I wouldn't go anywhere other than Pieratt's in Lexington Kentucky.”

“Just purchased a compact Bosch washer and dryer and couldn't be happier! It was our first time buying a compact front loader and really wanted to see the actual size in person before buying. Called or went to several other stores, but no one had floor models. This store had three! We've had our units now for a week, and are so impressed with their performance. They are the best washer and dryer we've ever had! Our salesperson, Joe, was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. We will definitely be going back soon for a stove replacement.”

“We started building a house over a year ago. It has been a very painful and expensive process. Price gouging and unkept promises were the norm. Cabinets promised that were never delivered and subs that were no shows were just part of the process. However, there were some stars in the process. Daniel Hyatt at Ferguson went above and beyond to help us repeatedly. We ordered all our kitchen appliances and kitchen/bathroom plumbing fixtures from Ferguson. Daniel gave great advice, always returned my calls, and dealt with all problems swiftly and professionally. After a plumber installed a valve upside down he sent us cartridges to attempt to fix the issue. He also recommended calling the Delta technical line and they identified the problem when the plumber could not. It was a pleasure doing business with Daniel and Fergusons. It saved us time and money.”

“Simply outstanding service right before Black Friday when the wife and I visited for kitchen appliances. First off Kyle greeted us at the door radiating positivity and happiness, next we had the privilege to sit down and plan/purchase the full kitchen appliance package with Kim. She took the time to detail each piece and select the units that were best for us. At the end we didn’t have a measurement and instead of any pressure she printed the options and suggested we go home measure and come back tomorrow, we did and got exactly the set we wanted. Truly a fantastic experience overall with HD!”

“I had scammers on my iPhone, HP laptop, etc, from Nigeria, they’d been scamming me for years! The Geek Squad at Best Buy, took the time to assist me, while I was at the store, they also removed some software that the scammers had put on my system. They were able to removed it all, however, I’m watching my security info and making sure they aren’t attempting to get back in!Love this place!”

She helped me find all the right tools and gave me advice on how to get started. Ended up getting everything that I needed and will definitely come back to this location thanks to her!”

He has been attentive to my needs, made sure my items arrived on time, helpful getting me approved and helped when I was late on payment. I have seen him Unload sections of the showroom to outdoors. “Went to try to find a plumbing fitting that they quit making several years ago. I was greeting a store employee wanting to know if I needed any assistance. I showed what I was looking for and he quoted the other plumbers that I had asked. Being greeted by someone was hands down better than I can get at Lowe's. Waited over forty-minutes at Lowe's and still didn't get any help, they were all laughing and having a good time in the back room, everyone must of went to lunch at the same time, this was the lowes in Mt Sterling.”
