The set I came in for wasn't in stock, but they had the set I originally wanted, and for a great deal — which I wouldn't have even known about had Joe not showed me. This was the 4th store we visited today (including the Pieratt's on Mt. Tabor where it felt like I was shopping with zombies), so the time spent here was such a weight off. Definitely recommend, will definitely return.”
“Had an OTR GE microwave in slate color go out. Slate is not a common color but AP was able to order and get it in 5 days. I reached out by text and they were very responsive.

“Very helpful team and returns department. I purchased a part here to repair my washing machine. Shortly after repairing, another error code appeared on the machine. The returns department handled processing the return with the manufacture for the part I had just taken out of the box and installed, as I’d decided to replace the machine since more was wrong with it than I realized. They didn’t have to do that but it was so appreciated! Will definitely return here for any future repair parts due to their customer service.”

“This place is great. I went in looking for a refrigerator, boy did I get a deal. The Manager was excellent. He helped get the deal done. It was delivered two days later,but the guys damaged the door getting it in our 1970 door. No problem, the guy told me he would take a picture and I would call them the next day and Tracy ordered me a door. They called me when it came in and 2 guys came and put the new door. The whole process was great. The employees were great. The price was amazing. Go see them if you need any appliances.”

“Crew members here are awesome. I have never been here without a great experience due to the crew. They were able to help me get an online order shipped to my business next day with very late notice. May not seem like a big deal, but the online securities weren't letting the business card process. I went in store and the team member made me an entirely new order in house with a ship to home option. Just really friendly people.”
