“I brought my phone into this business with water damage, they corrected the problem Same day , no issues, quick , efficient, and a reasonable price, would refer this business to anybody”
“Super helpful and know their stuff when it comes to computers! The staff gives awesome advice on services. Plus, they have tons of new and refurbished computers if you know what you're looking for.”
“Very excellent customer service here at this location. I dont remember any of the associates names, everyone was happy to be there, including security. Whoever worked that day, everyone was helpful. I bought some Apple Airpod Max, and JBL Live 780nc, young lady cashed me out.”
“I want to start off by saying if I could make this a 4.5 I believe it would be more accurate.
Our time at this apple store went from being a disappointing to satisfying experience all because of an employee! First, I would like to say that although a walk in is okay...I definitely recommend making an appointment. We were quoted 1 hour and by time we were helped it had been closer to 2 hours.
Now, the reason we were satisfied was not because the phone could be saved (it was long gone), but because Rami was super helpful! He was a very kind individual with plenty of knowledge and although nothing could be done about the phone (rip), he supplied us with great information! He seemed like a very personable individual and we were very grateful for his help!”
“love this best buy. use to shop here all the time when I lived in the area and it still has outstanding customer service.. they even stayed after hours last night to help me resolve an issue. I'd give them 100 star rating if I could. 🙌🌹🙌”
