Is there a way to actually contact someone at this location? The people I am getting ahold of on the phone are making it very difficult to rent a car.

Very good customer service at the Bluegrass Airport Location. Cars are very nice, reasonably priced, and clean! The rental process was smooth and easy! Will definitely use again for future rentals!
