About National Car Rental
National Car Rental in Lexington offers a convenient and customer-friendly experience. Customers appreciate the easy process, with the counter located near baggage claim, making it simple to access. Renters can choose any car from the aisle and manage their rental through the Emerald Club app, providing flexibility and ease. The staff is generally friendly and helpful, ensuring a smooth transaction. Despite occasional challenges, such as a wait time of about an hour due to no cars being available at peak times, the team, including managers, works hard to resolve issues quickly. For example, staff go above and beyond to assist with missing items, like glasses, and show good leadership during busy moments. The cars are described as clean and comfortable, with competitive pricing. Overall, customers feel well taken care of and recommend National Car Rental in Lexington for their reliable and efficient service.
