“The Health and Education Federal Credit Union is the best. It is a small Credit Union with a wonderful staff that goes out of their way to make a real difference. If I've ever had an issue with my debit cards they have been able to handle it super fast. The fact that they have a fraud department looking out for me and making sure that if any charges seem weird they check with me personally really makes me feel secure. I would highly recommend them to anyone.”

“I recently needed help. My card number was stolen and used in Las Vegas while I was traveling to NY. I relied heavily on Tim Stevens, Lexington Branch, to guide and help me navigate the Fraud and Dispute centers. He was the voice of calm while I was trying to resolve this during my travels. He made sure I had a new card by the time I returned home. ISAAC, in customer care, also patiently went through all the transactions and dates with me to make sure I had all the info I needed to talk to the dispute center. Overall, while the fraud center was a challenge, Tim and Isaac made the process smooth.”

“Review for Teresa Barron at Republic Bank on Euclid Ave, Lexington, KY I recently had the pleasure of working with Teresa Barron, the sales and service manager at Republic Bank on Euclid Ave in the Chevy Chase area of Lexington, Kentucky. Teresa was incredibly polite and personally engaged in my situation, preventing the bank from opening a new account for me without resolving my existing issue first. I owed the bank over $500 due to PayPal backup funding charges I was unaware of, as I had been out of the US for six years. Teresa made several phone calls and managed to get me a discount on my debt. Although I felt I shouldn't have to pay any of the charges since I was never notified by any entity via email, phone call, or any other communication method, I can still say Teresa did her best to secure the largest discount possible. The people at Republic Bank treat you like a neighbor, not just a customer walking into a large bank to be quickly served by a teller. Teresa treated me as a customer and a friend. Ask for Teresa if you visit this branch, she will do whatever it takes within reason for you. It's nice to walk away happy and feeling confident in a bank no matter where you are!”
