“Justin and the rest the team in the online pick up department are amazing! I had to get a ride to the store during the snow storm and they were able to get my order done earlier than my pick up time. They were out there working hard in the snow! Not to mention the cart collector pushing a row of carts in 2 inches of snow. I’m grateful for that. Thank you!”
“Kohls has always been a nice place to shop. They have a wide selection of clothes, shoes, home goods, perumes,etc.

“Ever since the remodel, this has been a great place to shop. Very comparable to Kroger, and everything is done correctly. It seems to be clean, modern, and overall good. Prices aren't crazy, savings are available, and it has special stuff, like a bakery and pharmacy. Meijer is a great place to stop and shop for the stuff you need, and while I don't shop there frequently, it still is great.”

“There weren't that many customers at the time when I was there, but the items seemed messy, out of place & hard to go through. When I was ready to pay, there were two cashiers and a very long line, while an employee stood behind the counter, folding clothes instead of helping. I did not have a great experience here.”
“I enjoyed my visit at the Chanel counter. Kenzie made my first trip to the makeup counter so fun and educational. She helped me learn about brows and hooked me up with the perfect eyebrow pencil. I highly recommend.”
“I love Macy's. They have wonderful customer service in every department. The selection of clothing items, shoes, jewelry, housewares, and makeup is very large. On this trip I purchased a DNKY cocktail dress for a special event and the process was delightful.”
“Today I had the best shopping experience at Lane Bryant. Monica is the sales associate that helped me with everything I needed. She made me feel like a queen, and pretty much did my shopping for me. I also met the store manager, and she was very friendly and professional. And to top things off, I saved about $300 ! I'll definitely be going back.”

“You can get some good deals here, but there inventory changes a lot, it is a "salvage" place after all. Before 2020, we used to buy and resale a lot of sports shoes from here. People are friendly, the place could be a little cleaner, but it's just dust..”
“This young man Russle's customers service was top-tier. Greeted me well with eye contact, helped me look for items. Helped me looked for items I didn't even know I needed. Well-mannered and soft spoken. Everytime he's there i always ask for him, really sweet young man. Need to hire more people like him because, alot of the other ladies that work there are rude and mean. Keep up the good work Russle.

“My wife loves target she loves shopping and I like targets to because they are a cool nice department store that isn't bad to go in and check out for sure. So when we were in the area we stop by this target and gave it a shot should I just go in and shop at different locations another stay out in the truck sometimes I go in at this time I went in and it was a nice clean establishment I like looking at their novelty T-shirts and kind of walk around looking at different things while she goes shopping for her stuff so overall solid experience”
“We just discovered this little section of Macy’s on the top floor. It’s similar to a Marshall’s or TJ Maxx, and has some great deals. We bought a color-coated steel water bottle for $5, a pack of $4 plantain chips, and some lip gloss for $2. It was fun to browse all the clothes and random assortment of items. I will definitely come back frequently to see what new additions they’re offering.”

“Didn't look in many places. Just stopped by to get cleaning things and i got them. When browsing, there are empty shelves. The prices were not as cheap as it used to.”
“I had them install 4 TPMS on my SUV. The techs machine that puts the tires back on the wheels accidentally puntuctured the side wall. Stephan Jackson said that they'd replace the exact tire for free, but it would need to be ordered. Or they would put on a different brand ththey had on hand. I ask if they'd throw in the labor on the TPMS. The manager, Megan Willaims agreed. Great customer service by these 2 women. Very much appreciated. Mistakes happen.”
“We went to the lids in Macys looking for a Saqoun Barkley jersey. They didn’t have any. The man working with us, Ted, called 5 different places and on the 5th one he had the guy FaceTime so we could see the jerseys. He even said he could travel to Cincinnati for us, because he was the district manager and traveled quite a bit around town. Ted’s customer service was above and beyond.”

“Too much disney stuff right now, but otherwise a really great place. They could also tone down the harry potter merchandise, it takes up too much room considering how long it has been. Although that criticism is aimed more at the owners of BoxLunch rather than the employees who are very nice.”

“This target is in such a great spot for college students. The location is right next to campus and is very accessible. My roommate and I ran out of dish soap and milk and decided to stop by this target to grab the things we need, the place was so clean and pretty well stocked when I was there. This target is smaller than most targets but it has many essentials and necessities. I really appreciated how organized and well laid out everything was, making it easy to be able to find products fast. The employees were friendly and helpful, and the store was very calm, with a welcoming atmosphere that makes shopping enjoyable and simpler. It is about the size of a Walgreens, but I was able to find everything that I needed which was so helpful instead of having to drive my car to another grocery store. Every time I got to this target there are typically quite a few people, but lines are short and go fast which makes is so convenient. It is also so nice that this target carries some seasonal things, so it’s fun to browse around the store because they get added items during school events or holidays. Overall, it was just such a convenient place that’s right off campus.”
