Mike Curran, the Sales Manager was extremely helpful and a delight to work with. He had everything I needed on hold and ready to be delivered today! Every time we go to another Cricket store they treat us badly, thank goodness she speaks Spanish and was able to explain everything to us. Many times when we go to another store that speaks Spanish they tell us that they can't help us or they try to sell us more things than we need. Thank you Maritza”

“Lemme just start off with the 5 stars go to Karime and not the other lady who works there when karime is not available. So my bill was due on the 18th of this month and I had been so busy thru the week I honestly had forgotten to make my payment. As I had just paid my other phone bill i literally straight up forgot to pay my cricket bill. So on the 19th I visit this location. Hoping to be assisted by karime but she was off that day. Instead I got the other chick with glasses and a bad attitude. Upon entering the store she was sitting in the chairs at the table in the middle of the store watching tik tok. I told her I just needed to make a bridge pay. She then proceeded to tell me that since I didn’t make my payment on it’s due date or make a bridge payment before my phone was cut off that I was going to have to pay the whole 73.00 to turn my phone back on. And that it was impossible to make a bridge payment. She noticed the large sum of money I had in hand and just assumed that since I had the money(which I could’ve paid the whole bill. But I had other things to handle like first month and deposit at this apartment) I should pay the bill. She was very rude on top of that so I just left the store. Today I get a text from cricket saying that I’m able to make a bridge pay even after my phone was suspended. Which I did. But my thing is. Why lie and tell me I can’t make the payment when clearly I was able too. Worse customer service ever. But karime. Is the best. That’s all.”
“Good selection, employees are helpful. But: they don't offer gift receipts! We stopped in for a birthday gift, and were told that's only during the holiday season. If you want people to buy birthday gifts here, you need to offer gift receipts.”
“I had to share with everyone what a great experience I had with this Merro Store. I went to this store last night around 6:30 and purchased a new phone. There was a problem with the sim card which even after the store had closed Mo stayed till 8:00 pm, working hard to fix the problem! “I had to make this review in response to the previous review written by Cameron Tapscott. It is appalling blatant lying is allowed on these reviews so allow me to set the record straight as a customer who stood in line for 45 minutes prior to GameStop opening this morning. In total there was a line of about 30 of us before the store opened. The manager opened the store approximately 15 minutes early in respect to us customers that arrived early and were waiting in line outside in the cold. The person putting the employees on blast in the previous review would not have gotten any cards regardless if the store opened at 10am as opposed to 945am as the rest of us who had prepared to buy Blooming Waters Pokemon cards knew to arrive early enough to get a spot in line before they sold out. The employees should be praised for opening early and preventing us from waiting any longer in the frigid cold than we already did.”

Super down to earth and sweet and understanding the new manager is amazing he took care of me because the sales woman was busy with other customers and that in itself means a lot iv had a lot of jobs so seeing a manager bother to get up from behind his desk makes me feel warm and fuzzy inside and he did a great job! I got exactly what I was looking for and I got it at a better price because that manager was willing to get up and do some work! Not to brush off the sales woman though she was able to swoop in and finish me up after her difficult customers left and was also super sweet and helpful. What was the most amazing and shocking was that when my washer and dryer set came for delivery the friendly manager was there helping the delivery guy! Above and beyond I would say.”
