“Went to harbor freight today is Sunday April the 14th 2024 Jenna was so helpful with everything that I was asking about she called several different stores to see if they had the item available for me she never made me feel like I was asking too many questions even though I was asking a lot of questions she never made me feel like I was asking too many questions she did not get frustrated at all Jenna is awesome”

“I was on the hunt for a 1/2 inch 20 thread lug bolt for a very particular project; ended up going to 8 different places, with these folks being stop #7. While they didn't have the part, they had no issue giving me a very similar part for free to try. They even made recommendations on other places to try; the customer service was fantastic. It felt very personal and quaint in the best way possible. I'll be coming here for any more odds and ends, bolts and nuts, as time goes on. 10/10”

“I did a delivery to Day's Plumbing Supply in a semi truck with a 53 foot trailer.Just looking at the dock I was hoping to back up to, I wasn't sure if this was going to happen. I couldn't ask for better help from the guys that came out and did most of the work guiding me. I was blind because of the angle I was in, my mirrors didn't turn far enough for me to see anything. But I had some really great people guiding me back and it wasn't anywhere near as tough a job to get backed up to the dock door as I had thought it would be. A very professional and extremely helpful group of people. I looked around while I was getting unloaded and I can say that Day's Plumbing Supply has a wide selection of plumbing supplies and they appear to be able and ready to service any plumbing needs. “This is by far my favorite supply store. Sean, Jay, Troy, Andrew, Brad, and Jamar are all individually fantastic at what they do. If you have a question, or aren't positive about something, they will go out of their way to make sure you get the job done right the first time. This is why they have so many regulars. It's like a family in there.”

He worked with me to find out what kind of cabinets I wanted and he listened to my specific needs. The cabinets he helped me pick out were perfect. If I ever need cabinets again, Mitch will be the guy I call. When it came to installation, Brian was my installer. He did such a great job installing. He was careful, but quick and efficient. “If you know what you want then use their curbside pickup. It's well organized and very fast. I've had back surgeries and find it difficult to walk through stores and standing in line is even worse. “Ordinarily, I would have given this store 5 stars. However, I the parking lot dirty with trash and debris. This cleanliness issue continued inside the store. It wasn't any one major thing. It was all the little things. The mens bathroom appeared to not have been cleaned in some time. Out in the store, there were areas that needed to be swept up. Shelves waiting to be organized. I saw this store look better years ago. Hopefully, that level of attention to detail will return.”
