We had an issue today that with the weather I was concerned about. Rachel took the call personally, spent time to stay on the line as we troubleshooted and assisted with possible solutions for almost an hour. She was kind, concerned and made me feel at ease during a frustrating moment. Her customer service is above and beyond, so appreciative of her efforts- there are not many people like her! “My favorite Lowe's location in the Lexington area. We do a lot of DIY and home improvement projects and this location is so much easier to get in and out of and park vs. the location off Man O' War. The employees are always friendly and helpful and will go out of their way to help you find what you are looking for. The store itself is clean, well organized and easy to find things that I'm looking for. My toddler daughter also loves riding in the race car carts, which makes shopping with a two year old a little less stressful!”

“I have been doing business here since the late 70's. I am a contractor and this is the best place in the Commonwealth to get building supplies. They also have a great old school hardware store. Prices for building projects are almost always cheaper than Lowes, Home Depot and the other construction supply businesses in the central Kentucky area.Trex decking can be found here and orders for trex usually arrive in a couple days after ordering.The entire staff seems like they really care for their customers. I don't know what I would do without Stratton Lumber Company.”
