The rooms are clean, updated, and feature nice views, especially of the Triangle Park. Guests praise the excellent staff, who go above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience. The front desk, maintenance, and restaurant staff are all friendly and responsive, with special mention of Tasha at the front desk for her helpful and efficient service. The hotel's amenities include a nice bar for evening cocktails and great food quality. Parking is free, and the check-in and check-out processes are seamless. However, some guests have reported issues with the room temperature, and UK fans should note that the hotel disables SEC channels during games, requiring them to watch in the bar. Room is clean and nice but have 2 complaints. 1. Shower in Room 1204 was cold and never did warm up. 2. Covers are very thin and give little warmth and weight.
