Lids is Lexington's number one destination for hats, offering a huge selection of officially licensed MLB, NBA, NFL, NHL, and NCAA gear. The store carries a wide variety of styles including fitted, snapbacks, dad hats, flex fits, and knits from favorite brands. The place was nice with a variety to choose from. Staff was pleasant and ready to help, and it is considered a decent looking store. However, customer service is not that great, as one visitor had a significant issue with overcharging and found the staff unable to fix the problem directly, instead being told to contact their bank. While some may not find the specific item they are looking for, many plan to return.
