John was not satisfied until I was satisfied.In addition, because I had trouble dialing in the setting on a bait casting reel I had bought from them late last year, one of the staff showed me how to set it up correctly.He put that reel on a rod, made adjustments for a 1/2 oz jig he put on the line, then took it outside where he cast into the wind. It hit the ground after sailing a respectable distance with no backlash whatsoever. I had brought the reel in to sell due to the trouble I had with backlash.Needless to say, I did not end up selling that reel. I am super happy with the service I received today, and appreciate the way I was treated.”

“Was recommended fleet feet by a friend from work and decided to try them out for the fit ID service they offer. I believe the women who helped me out was named Barbara, she was extremely nice and very helpful. She did my scan, asked me some questions about what previous shoes I’ve tried, and then brought out some options for me. I tried them all on and the second one was a perfect fit for what I needed, I’ve been wearing them for about a week and they’ve been great so far. I was in and out in about 20 minutes but didn’t feel rushed at all. I will definitely be coming back the next time I need a new pair of shoes and have already been recommending the store to my friends.”

“I went to the other golf shop right down the road just looking for some help on driver shaft questions. By the time I left, I felt bad that I even asked...Then I went to Edwin Watts and the manger walked me around, asked me questions about my swing and clubs, helped me pick out a potential new shaft and then asked me to come back and tell him how it works out. Moving forward, I'll exchange the shop I go to first from now on. Really great customer service. Golf can be a frustrating sport, shopping for golf equipment doesn't have to be.”
“Do not walk in this store if you need your stores nice and organized. That being said, I absolutely love this store! You never know what you'll find. It is a "bin store" or "pallet store". Amazon returns, Home Depot returns, Target returns, just to name a few. The current pricing model is $5 for all items on Wednesdays (restock day), $3 on Thursdays, $2 on Fridays, $1 on Saturdays, and if they open Sundays, it's usually $.50 per item. The bins are full on restock day and get progressively more empty as the prices drop. I like to go on Wednesday to see what they have and then plan future visits that week accordingly. If you follow them on Facebook, they post pictures of the bins the night before/morning of restock so you can get an idea of what's new. I have found some really great deals here. I try and go at least once per week.”

But the accessories for bikeing camping and hiking are a bit lacking at this location. Most of what I would have bought here I can get at Walmart for half of the price.”

“Staff was all very nice, good selection in the store, store was well organized. My only suggestion is to clean the tile floors. Now let me say that I am not a picky person but they were so dirty in the dressing room area that everything I was trying on got dirty when they touched the floor. My socks looked as though I had walked shoeless on a dirt road. I had to take off my socks to try the leggings on and my feet got so dirty. The floors looked like they haven't been swept/cleaned in a long time.If sales is not responsible for cleaning floors, please hire someone.”
