I went to two other golf shops today and was ignored.
Within five minutes of arriving at EWG, Ariontaye (Fiji) had me on the simulator testing new clubs. While recommending clubs, he improved my stance, back swing, and follow through. I certainly didn’t expect a golf lesson, but Fiji clearly understands the importance of value added.
In addition, he recommended a used driver, putter, and wedge. These were reasonably priced and allow me to enjoy once much higher priced clubs.
Don’t tell my wife, but I can’t wait to go back.”
“I could not have left the Golf Exchange happier after a driver fitting! I worked with Drew and he was great! I had a fitting the same day at Edwin Watts and was completely disappointed in the experience after driving almost 2 hours. I just happened to see Golf Exchange on my way home and swung in on a whim. Drew hooked me up with a fitting even though they didn't have any appointment slots. He watched me hit my current driver and pointed out why I was having the problems I was having. We worked in a few heads until we found one that i liked then dialed in the shaft then the head adjustments. He explained why we were making every adjustment and pointed out with each shot how it was changing the shape. I went from a slicing 220 drive to a dead straight 275 drive. The price was amazing while also giving me a great amount for my current driver that was 4 yesrs old. Again, I could not be any happier about this process from start to finish! Go see my guy Drew so he can get you right!”

“I went in this evening to see the treadmills. Hadiyah asked if she could help me - even though she wasn’t completely familiar with the department. Don’t let that fool you! This young lady was amazing! She was able to quickly help me find the right treadmill for my needs! I paid and drove around to pick it up at the dock. She and two other young ladies loaded the treadmill right on our truck. They were all very helpful. This young lady is a stellar person and a true asset to the company! I added a protection plan, floor mat, and some resistance bands. She is respectful and extremely kind and helpful. If you need sports equipment, she your go to person. Thank you, Hadiyah!”

And when you're shopping for a new racket, they'll lend you a loaner so you can test drive before buying! First class all the way!!”

The man working with us, Ted, called 5 different places and on the 5th one he had the guy FaceTime so we could see the jerseys. He even said he could travel to Cincinnati for us, because he was the district manager and traveled quite a bit around town. Ted’s customer service was above and beyond.”

“Staff was all very nice, good selection in the store, store was well organized. My only suggestion is to clean the tile floors. Now let me say that I am not a picky person but they were so dirty in the dressing room area that everything I was trying on got dirty when they touched the floor. My socks looked as though I had walked shoeless on a dirt road. I had to take off my socks to try the leggings on and my feet got so dirty. The floors looked like they haven't been swept/cleaned in a long time.If sales is not responsible for cleaning floors, please hire someone.”
