“Had a great experience with Mailroom in Lexington. Everyone there was super professional, friendly, and very down to earth. You can tell they genuinely care about helping customers and making sure everything is done correctly.
I went in to renew my passport, and while they don’t directly handle that specific service, they connected me with the right team and walked me through all the different options and scenarios to help get everything started smoothly. They took the time to explain the process instead of just rushing me through it.
Big shout out to Chad for being especially helpful throughout the process. Great customer service like that goes a long way. Highly recommend them if you need mailing, shipping, or help navigating important documents and services.”

I didn’t feel that I was overcharged or pushed to buy anything I didn’t need and he was so thorough in making sure he had the perfect box for the gift. He measured twice and was diligent checking the address. Always have a great experience at this store.”
