“Highly recommend. Took our family iPad in for the screen to be replaced. He fixed it under half an hour and was helpful to install a tempered glass screen protector too! “I give Maritza a 100, her customer service is excellent. There is no problem that she cannot solve. He treated us with the utmost respect. She never tried to get more money from us, only what was necessary for our situation. Every time we go to another Cricket store they treat us badly, thank goodness she speaks Spanish and was able to explain everything to us. Many times when we go to another store that speaks Spanish they tell us that they can't help us or they try to sell us more things than we need. Thank you Maritza”
“Lemme just start off with the 5 stars go to Karime and not the other lady who works there when karime is not available. So my bill was due on the 18th of this month and I had been so busy thru the week I honestly had forgotten to make my payment. As I had just paid my other phone bill i literally straight up forgot to pay my cricket bill. So on the 19th I visit this location. Hoping to be assisted by karime but she was off that day. Instead I got the other chick with glasses and a bad attitude. Upon entering the store she was sitting in the chairs at the table in the middle of the store watching tik tok. I told her I just needed to make a bridge pay. She then proceeded to tell me that since I didn’t make my payment on it’s due date or make a bridge payment before my phone was cut off that I was going to have to pay the whole 73.00 to turn my phone back on. And that it was impossible to make a bridge payment. She noticed the large sum of money I had in hand and just assumed that since I had the money(which I could’ve paid the whole bill. But I had other things to handle like first month and deposit at this apartment) I should pay the bill. She was very rude on top of that so I just left the store. Today I get a text from cricket saying that I’m able to make a bridge pay even after my phone was suspended. Which I did. But my thing is. Why lie and tell me I can’t make the payment when clearly I was able too. Worse customer service ever. But karime. Is the best. That’s all.”
“Staff is super friendly and always really helpful. The really pretty younger girl really knows her stuff to be so young. The manager Vanessa is on top of anything and everything! She is fluent in english AND spanish. She always has the place clean and welcoming, from the parking lot to picking out a phone,plan, and case. To checkout.
